GoogleI've just collected the keys for the new flat where I am moving and it was lovely to meet Sarah. She has been very helpful, very responsive and friendly, even when I was getting anxious about the move as I am going through a very busy time in my life. Still at the early stages of the process but I cannot fault the attention and courtesy shown by all staff that I have seen and spoken to. If there is any criticism I can make it would be the fixed price fee of the agent. If I could explain further, I wanted to handle all viewings but there was no reduction of the fee offered knowing that the cost to them for handling the viewing would incur agent’s time and fuel which would be a saving to them.

DO NOT USE ACCOMPANIED VIEWING, LEAVE PROPERTY UNLOCKED, WINDOWS OPENED AND LIGHTS ON. IN FACT, DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH THE SALE OF A DOLLS HOUSE.

I currently use Reeds Rains to manage a rental property. I wont be using them again in the future. Call centre in Southampton and a lack of local service. If you are a landlord looking for a letting agent, look for someone that is local and can give you the service and time that is needed.

Absolute joke of a letting agents, I moved out of my property 2nd April and still haven't recieved my deposit back, I ring virtually everyday to get told tomorrow which never comes. Beware people if deciding to rent an property with as they are crooks.

One of the most useless companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Almost every single member of staff we have spoken to about various issues have been so dismissive and dim witted that their answer to us not having a functioning washing machine for 3 weeks, was “well can’t you use a dry cleaners?” In an area where the closest one is over 15 miles away and closes before we can finish work meaning we could only do washing between their slim to nine weekend hours.We got that little “hiccup” out the way and thought thank god we don’t have to deal with them again… until a mass leak in the building has ruined most of the bathrooms, ours included and wouldn’t you know it. Ours is the only one AFTER 2+ YEARS. To still not be done. There is damp. Mould. The floor is literally soft and rotting. There are silverfish now taking up residence in the soaked flooring and the bathroom smells like damp. (Oh and we know now thanks to the builders showing us the upstairs bathroom they done, that there is no water proofing what so ever in the bathroom so it will keep getting worse until we fall through the sodding floor. We have told red rains about this on what must be over 12 times so far and they have done 0 about it :) once again I could imagine their response would be along the lines of “well there’s a seaside 30 miles away, why don’t you just use that”. Again. Words cannot describe how useless they have been and at this point in time we are considering just taking legal action thanks to the 4 visits we have had all saying “oh that’s bad, I’ll inform my manager” 😂 like that will do anything. Useless.
