GoogleI viewed a property the other day and was impressed by the extremely professional way in which it was presented by Reeds Rains representative Matt. He is to be congratulated on a first rate job.

GoogleI would highly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone wanting to let their property. I have had first class service from Megan, James and Jake in letting my property.

GoogleJames has performed superbly in brokering a house purchase for us. He is prompt, attentive, and ready to go the extra mile. His preparedness to give personal attention is much appreciated. Thank-you James!

GoogleI recently decided to rent a house in the area and with Kishan's help the whole procedure was fast and smooth. He helped us whenever we had any enquires and the referencing was completed within 2 days. I would totally recommend

GoogleGreat experience with Jeetender Singh. Owns the process end to end and really delivered over and beyond what I expected. Dealt with a fair few brokers in my time but since meeting Jay wont be using anyone else. Credit where credit is due. Highly recommended.

GoogleIf you are looking for a mortgage then I would 100% recommend Jay Singh! He was efficient, proactive and reliable throughout the whole process. The advice he gave was clear and concise and he was highly dedicated in finding the best mortgage deal for us. Thank you Jay!

GoogleI would highly recommend Jay Singh. As a first time buyer Jay was extremely patient and ensured that we understood the mortgage process. Despite having a complicated employment situation Jay was reassuring and dedicated in finding us the best deal!

GoogleWe used RR to sell our home after trying to sell with another local agent. Jake secured multiple offers in a slow market and achieved a sale. Jake, Matt and James were always on hand despite being busy. The process was smooth and any issues were quickly resolved. My only recommendation would be to have a designated sales progresser or someone who is more office based as Jake is understandably, often out on valuations. Would definitely use again

GoogleHaving tried to sell our property with two local estate agents over a two year period, Jake and his team sold our property for the asking price within one week. Jake was also extremely proactive in progressing the sale and in giving straightforward and cogent advice. The communication was excellent throughout.

GoogleBuying a house is always stressful but it was helped massively by Reeds Rains in Kenilworth. Excellent team, really helpful and thorough. Jake (branch manager) and Jay (mortgage adviser) in particular are both proactive and great at keeping in touch. Highly recommended!

GoogleWithin five days of finding the rental property I wanted, we had negotiated, completed the online verification service and signed the contract. In my experience this is incredibly fast. What made the difference was James the agent and his manager Jake. Both went above and beyond to keep to their word. Especially James who even came in on a Sunday to ensure I had the keys to the flat. In my experience people buy from people and that is why I highly recommend Reeds Rains and I am already asking them to find my first home purchase!

GoogleThis is the friendliest and most professional and helpful estate agency I have ever dealt with. James was extremely helpful when viewing the properties and very down to earth. When my offer had been accepted I went to see their resident Mortgage adviser, Jay Singh. I was completely sceptical having secured a mortgage elsewhere and came across as that as well! Jay remained positive throughout our discussion and did save me a significant amount of money every month on my mortgage. He has managed the whole finance process seamlessly. Thank you all at Reeds Rains Kenilworth.

GoogleWe have had a great experience using Reeds Rains to sell my Mum's house. I dealt with James and Jake who were always very professional, from my initial phone call to the office to completion. They were energetic and totally engaged in finding a good buyer for us. Communication was excellent and any messages I left were always passed on by other staff. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone buying or selling property. Chris Williams

TrustpilotTimperley Branch
Obviously can't comment on negative reviews as I suppose each office has different standards and varying levels of professionalism & customer satisfaction but the Timperley branch that managed our sale & purchase were excellent.Being in the middle of a chain, they had to allay any fears our (very accommodating) seller and, whilst also remaining patient with our buyers (very incompetent) solicitors (conveyancingexperts.co.uk .....the irony!!) They were very positive and reassuring throughout the entire process through to completion -- right through to their recommended choice of our solicitor (Irwin Mitchell - Manchester.) Given all the challenges that were put in their way and the endless chase that they had to make they got the job done. Big thanks to Phil, Shirley, Claire & James....well done!

TrustpilotVery good service from Stone, Staffordshire team
Sold a house through Reeds Rains, Stone, Staffordshire on behalf of my father-in-law. Took some time for a purchaser to make an offer, but I could not fault the service received from Reeds Rains - Connor, Stan and Naomi were all very attentive. We had some logistical difficulties - that's nothing unusual in a property transaction - but Reeds Rains were always helpful, always on hand and always willing to act on our behalf. Glad it's all over, but thank you for smoothing the pathway for us.

TrustpilotHave been a tenant via Marple Reedsβ¦
Have been a tenant via Marple Reeds Rain since Sept 2017. Dealt completely by an amazing lady called Carolyne Weston who has really looked after ourselves as Tenant throughout the tenancy. Carolyne is pleasant, approachable and always returns your calls and communicates effectively with you when you have a query. Carolyne has visited the property and always leaves a little bit of feedback so we know all is okay which is a good thing for ongoing management of the tenancy. Carolyne chases any concerns we had about repairs outside of reeds rains control and is definitely a doing sort of person. to be honest the tenancy has been fine but we will miss Carolyne especially and her colleagues at Marple Branch

For the past 3 years I have rented properties as a landlord through reeds rains (Dinnington branch). The service we receive from Liz and Maxine at the Dinnington office is second to none. I have also recently sold a property through this branch which is being dealt with by Liz and again the service has been outstanding. One of the biggest things they do so well, is communicate with you on a regular basis and keep you updated - don't underestimate how grateful people are for this! Thanks for all your continued help

TrustpilotReeds Rains Hull, unprofessional and not helpful
Reeds Rains HullTreats customers with disdain and just straight up rudeness. Unwilling to fix errors they have made, and then have a go at me on the phone for standing up to my customer rights. Was without hot water for almost three weeks in December, and there was no interest from Reeds Rains to fix it. Thanks to that boiler leak, my bedroom is now suffering from mold and it's not fit to sleep in.Thoroughly unprofessional, unpleasant and frankly embarrassing to deal with but always happy to overcharge customers with hidden costs. If I could go back in time, I would never have made any dealings with this company.

GoogleMy experience with Reeds Rains Bedworth has been excellent, specifically Karis. Karis supported me through a difficult purchase, which fell through due to buyers withdrawing the property from the market. Karis not only supported me professionally through this, she also contacted me a number of times to check that I was OK, and to discuss alternative opportunities. This shows that Reeds Rains not only works with you professionally but are also conscious of customers as people..... Thank you Reeds Rains..... :)
