GoogleCan’t thank Reads Rains Bedworth office for their excellent service from start to finish. From the minute Andrew Bailey came to value the house, Karis and Sarah took complete control of my house sale and made it so stressfree. The whole process was completed in just over eight weeks. I would fully recommend their services to anybody looking to sell or rent properties in the area.

GoogleIn December of last year, we found out that we needed to move with only 8 weeks notice from our current landlord as he was selling the property. We spoke to a lovely lady called Karis who went above and beyond to meet our needs and assist us. Not only was she polite and friendly but she was very easy to communicate with and I felt reassured by her. Considering it was a fairly stressful time given the circumstances, Karis made the whole process easy. She really was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!

GoogleMoved into a new property with reeds rains. Sarah was the one dealing with me and was fantastic the whole way through. Had a problem with the sinks and straight away Sarah was on hand to do everything she could to get it sorted for me taking into consideration I have a young child and it wasn't somethin that could be delayed. Within a couple of days the issue was sorted and the contractor they used Dean was also fantastic. I couldn't thank them enough for all the hard work in trying to get the issue resolved.

GoogleI do not usually do reviews as I am not very good at it BUT Karis was a lovely person to deal with regarding the sale of my property at a very upsetting time of my life, and I felt she was supporting me all through the process, keeping me upto date with how things were progressing. I would definately use Reeds Rains again if I had another house to sell and found all other staff that I dealt with to be very professional and helpful when talking to them.

GoogleReeds Rains have sold 2 properties for me in Nuneaton, the most recent one in June 2018. Often a stressful process, with Reeds Rains' consistent professional and helpful approach, my house sale was completed with minimum hassle. Estate agent Phil Jefferies gave knowledgeable and helpful advice, resulting in a swift sale of my house at an appreciable price, making the fee I paid worth every penny. Karis Griffith kept me up to speed throughout the whole process so I never had to chase up my solicitor or buyer. She was always one step ahead, ensuring everything was being done for a swift completion. All members of staff I had contact with at Reeds Rains mirrored Karis and Phil's friendly, courteous approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI selected Reeds Rains to sell my parents' house in Bedworth, it was sold within 72 hours of going on the market. Phil and Karis will give you a realistic and well-researched evaluation and not some nonsense valuation in order to get you to sign, as is true with most estate agents. I fully recommend Reeds Rains - would never use anyone else in Bedworth!

GoogleThe team at Reeds Rains in Bedworth are just excellent. I've just completed an 18 month tenancy managed by them. They were always efficient and responded quickly to any concerns. Correspondence with the landlord was always handled efficiently and there were never any problems. Sarah is the Lettings Property Manager at Bedworth branch and I can't thank her enough for making the tenancy very straightforward.

Karis kept me informed every step of the way. She supported me as much as possible through a very upsetting time for myself. They were not the cheapest of the agents we saw but we were impressed by their local knowledge and in the end we found them to be good value for money. The team was very helpful throughout the entire process, responding to enquiries quickly and even chasing on our behalf. GoogleSo glad to have made the decision to instruct Reeds Rains to market our property. Other agents valued it at an identical figure whilst quoting cheaper fees, but Reeds Rains impressed us as a hard-working, pro-active firm who would provide the best service, and so it has turned out. They generated lots of interest in our property, kept us informed every step of the way, and continued to support us right through to exchange of contracts and completion. Everyone at Reeds Rains has been a pleasure to deal with, and Karis in particular has been massively helpful, contacting solicitors and giving us regular progress updates since the sale was agreed. I arranged a viewing for today but the agent didn't show up at the appointment! When I called the office i didnt receive apology. Instead i was told she had left me a voicemail telling me the viewing was cancelled - reason ?. I don't know who's phone that message went to, (if the call was actually made), or if it is policy to cancel appointments without actually speaking to the customer but I'm not at all impressed. If i was a vendor trying to sell my property i wouldnt be happy about my potential buyer being left to stand in the rain.... V. Unprofessional. Update:This was the Consett branch.

The Manchester branch have made the experience of renting difficult for me from start to finish. Made promises on the viewing they weren't willing to keep (work that would be completed before moving in), moved in to a property without any smoke alarms (they had made me sign a document before collecting keys to say they were there), were unresponsive to a number of maintenance issues that needed completing (it took two months to get things fixed, including me having to go in for a meeting to get them to take action), and now they are finally fixed want to start coming to inspect the flat in case I've done any damage! (So much for quiet enjoyment of the property)I want to move someone into my spare room, and have been told that I need to re-referenced in case I can't afford the property any more (all for a fee of £60).Beware of anything you're told that you don't get in writing.
Hi Peter,Firstly, I am very sorry you have felt the need to write this review. Please feel free to call me on 0161 236 9088 at any point to discuss these or any other matters. To address your points, I understand there was a battery operated smoke alarm when you moved in and subsequently we fitted a hard wired smoke alarm at the cost of Reeds Rains. From looking at our file notes we dealt with all maintenance issues in a prompt fashion. We inspect each of our properties twice a year and provide ample written notice (25 days in this case) as this is a service our landlords expect. Finally, I understand one of my colleagues gave you incorrect advice yesterday in relation to you moving a friend in and I apologise for this. However I also understand he advised you to speak to our senior property manager, Joe, which you did and he explained the process and also confirmed that no fee would be payable.
