GoogleIt was very good time for us. First renting the property and after 3 years baying property with Reeds Rains branch in Bedworth. Sarah and Karis were wery friendly and helpful for us.They always were patient for us. After 5 years we are settled in Bedworth Thank you again, and I would reccomend Reeds Rain for letting, buying or selling property. You changed our live for better.

GoogleI do not usually do reviews as I am not very good at it BUT Karis was a lovely person to deal with regarding the sale of my property at a very upsetting time of my life, and I felt she was supporting me all through the process, keeping me upto date with how things were progressing. I would definately use Reeds Rains again if I had another house to sell and found all other staff that I dealt with to be very professional and helpful when talking to them.

GoogleReeds Rains have been helping me to find tenants for my property for the last 4 years. Every step of the way, their professionalism, knowledge and processes have been outstanding. Whenever I have needed a new tenant they have gone above and beyond what I was expecting in relation to the service I paid for. Each tenant is fully vetted and every one has proved to be an excellent choice. It is always worrying when a new tenant is required, but their level of experience and the process that they have in place to find the perfect tenants has been outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for all of the help that they have given me over the last 4 years and would fully recommend their services to anyone seeking tenants for their property. I would particularly like to highlight Sarah Wisdom as the member of staff who has been my main contact - she always returns emails promptly and gives excellent advice regardless of the tenancy subject - a truly fabulous member of the Reeds Rains team and I cannot thank her enough.

She kept us up to date throughout the whole process and explained anything that we were unsure about. GoogleAndy, Karis, Sarah and the rest of the team at Reeds Rains Bedworth are all very efficient and professional. They have recently handled a couple of property sales for us and we have found them all to be extremely helpful at all times and I would highly recommend using for any house sale or purchase you might be contemplating. They might not be the cheapest but in this case you definitely get what you pay for as i have experienced first hand with my purchase of another property the level of service you get from the cheaper agents.

Both Karis and Sarah in the office were always on the ball and kept us updated of how things were progressing and chased things when they had to. GoogleSo glad to have made the decision to instruct Reeds Rains to market our property. Other agents valued it at an identical figure whilst quoting cheaper fees, but Reeds Rains impressed us as a hard-working, pro-active firm who would provide the best service, and so it has turned out. They generated lots of interest in our property, kept us informed every step of the way, and continued to support us right through to exchange of contracts and completion. Everyone at Reeds Rains has been a pleasure to deal with, and Karis in particular has been massively helpful, contacting solicitors and giving us regular progress updates since the sale was agreed. This is a firm that goes the extra mile and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A big thank you to Karis who has been my main point of contact throughout and has been keeping me fully informed with a very welcoming manner every time we have spoken . Thanks also to Sarah who works in the office with Karis who I have also dealt with, Matt who did and excellent job with the viewings, and Phil for being very honest and friendly from the start about the service that we received. GoogleA fantastic experience buying our first house with Reeds Rains. We have spoken to a couple of members of the team, including Paul who dealt with out initial appointment, and they were all professional and helpful. However, Karis has been in contact with us since we first called to view the property and she has gone above and beyond to help us in anyway she could. She was a major help as we had no idea what we were doing and we are extremely grateful - thank you for all you have done to get us into our first home.

TrustpilotNot accommodating at all for buyer or seller!
Tried booking a viewing on a house for Saturday in Evesham but was told there was nobody available on show us round. We are travelling from almost 2 hours away and we’re very interested in this house. Mortgage in place etc and first time buyer but did not want to accommodate us even to the point of arriving at their office earlier in the morning. No customer service whatsoever. Very disappointed. Would not sell my house with this company as they are not prepared to go the extra mile for the customer and buyer!!

I use Reeds Rains fully managed service. Marketing the property and getting the tenants in - I would say that they are excellent in this respect. They present the property very well and don't take long in generating interest and getting the tenant in. Where the service falls down really badly is the management whilst the tenant is in place. Regular check ups are not done (tenant had his first visit from Reeds Rains after being in the property for over a year), but my main gripe is that when a fix is required, the service in this aspect is terrible. The quotes for work are extremely high (last quote was over double the quote I got independently) and this is before they add an extra 10% on top for arranging the work. Arranging work is done by a call centre in Southampton, this is poor. I have had to involve myself to arrange properly which I shouldn't have to do. I have been told that work has been done and charged for it, only to find out later that the work hasn't been done and they've lied in order to be able to charge me. I would not recommend Reeds Rains for a fully managed service at all. I am now at the point of having to contact the tenant myself, get my own workmen in and arrange for work to be done (i.e. doing the work of a managed service) as I no longer have trust in the company. Two words I would use to describe Reeds Rains are Expensive and Untrustworthy.

I decided to go through RR langworthy rd Salford branch to let my 2 bed GF flat. This flat was my parents abode before they passed away, so it was a little emotional for me to be putting strangers in the place.RR put the first two people that came along in it, and retrospectively, the vetting/reference process was none existent. After 20 months of what can only be described as 'piggery' in my property, I was left with £3400 of damage to put right. The accumulated filth over the period of time should have been picked up on their routine visits. It was not. What I got from RR was - you have just been unlucky. These things happen. You have to expect some damage. This experience was very distasteful due to the emotional side of things. Do not touch RR with a bargepole.
