GoogleI would like to make everyone aware at just how amazing it was to deal with Karis at Reeds Rains Bedworth. Karis was absolutely amazing and delivered a 10 star service throughout the entire selling journey. Karis chased the chain, kept me up to date and often told me information before my solicitor told me. I would recommend Reeds and Karis to anyone. Thanks Karis for all your help.

GoogleWe recently sold 2 properties in close succession through Reeds Rains. Both times the service we recieved was excellent. The communication , liaison and support was brilliant throughout. Karis was our main point of contact and she was always available by telephone and e mail , ready to answer questions , no matter how trivial, and find the answers or information we needed. Her responses were professional, timely and reassuring. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains.

I contacted Reeds Rains to arrange a viewing. Subsequently and without my permission they added me to their marketing scheme. I tried to simply unsubscribe ALL but then had to uncheck 8 separate boxes before clicking update. Logging back in I can see all boxes are unchecked BUT I'm still being spammed with junk mail.I emailed Reeds Rains but they ignored me.Can anyone suggest an organisation I can complain to please? Reeds Rains Wilmslow- Very rude estate agents who lie. My house fell through with them on numerous occasions due to them failing to disclose information that I had told them too early on with the buyers. I was not given updates and the trust was gone because of their incompetence for 8 months, so when I called them weekly I was told I was the worst seller that they had by the manager. When buying my new house privately from the owner I found a Reeds Rains Sold sign in my front garden, they had not sold the property so this was miss leading and false representation.I have now had my house two years and the house opposite has has a sold sign in their front garden which has been there nearly as long as I’ve had my house! They have no idea on the houses they sell (I have had viewings with them), miss lead customers, are money driven and have bad customer service which is rolled down from the top. Very sad for what was once family run estate agent.

What a terrible service. Called them for a viewing, told me they get back to me but never got a call... send them am email and get ignored twice. Don’t understand this kind of service as I was really interested in a property.

Lisa, Harvey and the rest to the team were brilliant in not only providing me with all the information required , but also for helping me with all the questions and queries I had. Jay, their in house finance advisor was brilliant in helping to sort out the right insurances needed. A very friendly and helpful person who made the process very quick and easy. This was also the only firm of letting agencies that offered this service. For a first time renting a property this was so useful. Would recommend to anyone who is looking at properties with the agency to go forward. A very friendly and helpful team.

TrustpilotTwice now I’ve been ignored
Sent a request to view of a house and heard nothing so phoned to enquirer, I was told I’m on a list and will get a call in a week or so. Never heard a thing and when I phoned they then told me sale agreed. Asked why I was never contacted and they said my name wasn’t on the list which I was told a week before it was so one staff member was lying. The fact this has happened twice now is ridiculous, just seems like laziness. So disappointed.

Terrible follow up service. The agent said they would send photos of the inside of the integral garage as I could not get in on the viewings but nothing was sent. After the offer is accepted they wipe their hands and can’t be bothered with communication. They are very pushy before the offer. I made a revised offer after finding damage and work required and still can’t get a response or update. They also don’t declare everything about the property so be very careful and I wouldn’t recommend this agent.

Not actually used these yet but from speaking with agents and getting lots of free advice (when I’m tied to another estate agents) has been an absolute godsend. When someone can give out advice on selling your house when you arnt even with them says a lot about a company. I have never used them to sell my house but I 100% will in the future!
