We were very impressed with her professionalism and friendly approach. She kept in contact throughout the whole process which was very smooth and stress free! The staff at Reeds Rains were all on the ball. Charlotte, the manager, was so good. Every query or problem she answered almost immediately. She was brilliant. Great to have our amazing mortgage broker, Sarah, on site too so that our purchase flowed. Matthew Candow and Craig Helps were like a breath of fresh air; no nonsense, no over-valuing, helpful, great at communicating, fantastic marketing and found a buyer within 6 weeks of taking my home on. It has been a smooth and straightforward process from beginning to end. I cannot recommend Reeds Rains enough.
