Charlie at the Clevedon branch went above and beyond to help us get our dream property. He really listened to what we wanted as clients and matched us to the perfect place. He called us everyday to inform us of where we were in the application process. All of the staff have been very polite and helpful and always offered us help. I have never met an estate agents as helpful and as friendly!

Caitlin at Reeds Rains Estate Agents worked relentlessly along with Craig to get the sale for my elderly parents house in Clevedon. They then battled to get it through to exchange and completion with a difficult chain with success. Line of Communication was excellent with regular updates at the end of each day as to the state of play. Our queries were responded to very promptly. Very satisfactory experience, you will be in very good hands as the whole team at the Clevedon branch works very well together.

We bought a house from Reeds Rains in Clevedon recently. They were respectful and professional from the beginning. We have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mark Templar's estate agent recently which was the worst experience we have ever had, please avoid. Caitlin was great and always had a smile on her face. Reeds Rains made everything easy which is what you want. Thank you everyone, very much appreciated.

We cannot thank reeds rains enough, they were always friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much. Caitlin was our estate agent and Norman our mortgage broker, both were amazing! Thank you both for being so kind and adding the personal touches which made us feel valued. I would highly recommend this team!

My wife and I originally put our house on the market with a different agency, having been oversold on the price we would get. After six months of not much at all, we switched to Reeds Rains and had an interested buyer within a month or so! Reeds Rains also assisted us in finding our new home and kept the chain moving along. We were very happy with the advertising materials, the communication and the service provided by Craig and his team.

They listened to our requirements, and acted accordingly. They also seem more professional than another estate agent that we have dealt with recently.

Rozzanna is a very thorough lettings manager with great communication skills. If not for her we would have been unable to find a place to live in Portishead.

The ban on rip off letting fees cannot come fast enough! Reeds Rains seem to think that, for an outsouced credit check (my credit file is excellent anyway) which costs a few pounds & takes a few mins, and to print off a standard tenancy agreement (20 pence maximum) and 30 mins work, that they can charge considerably more per hour than a top solicitor or QC! Granted, they have to make money, but they charge the landlord the equivelent of the first months rent anyway! As of that isn't enough!!

All of the staff were extremely helpful throughout the process of buying the property. The sales negotiator had taken us to a few properties and had a very good feel for what we were looking for. She recommended a property we would probably never have looked at and took us there. We immediately realised it was exactly what were looking for. From that moment on, she supported, helped and kept in touch with us and the agents selling our property. The whole process was made significantly less stressfull than it could have been. Excellent service!

We found the staff at Reeds Rains to be very professional but friendly and charming. They made both renting a property and buying a property very stress free. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Reeds Rains has been absolutely fantastic with the sale of our house. We've had a few ups and downs with the sale and they have been very understanding of complex circumstances and helpful in letting us know about our options. I can't recommend them enough. We went from selling, to trying to rent and back to selling and they were completely patient with these changes and did their best to help us every step of the way.
