Reeds manage two properties for me in this area and are always professional and cheerful - Previously had awful experiences with Woods (Countrywide ) and was tired of the whole BTL thing - spoke to Rozzana who is a breath of fresh air-enthusiastic and works hard to please everyone. I decided because of her not to sell and to try again . Reeds always communicate and everyone is utterly professional - well done and what a contrast to your competitor down the road !!!

Caitlin at Reeds Rains Estate Agents worked relentlessly along with Craig to get the sale for my elderly parents house in Clevedon. They then battled to get it through to exchange and completion with a difficult chain with success. The ban on rip off letting fees cannot come fast enough! Reeds Rains seem to think that, for an outsouced credit check (my credit file is excellent anyway) which costs a few pounds & takes a few mins, and to print off a standard tenancy agreement (20 pence maximum) and 30 mins work, that they can charge considerably more per hour than a top solicitor or QC! Granted, they have to make money, but they charge the landlord the equivelent of the first months rent anyway! As of that isn't enough!!
