We couldn’t have asked for a better service. From the outset the whole team have been helpful, efficient and professional. We were especially impressed with the ‘sneak peek’ on Facebook - the photographs were absolutely lovely. There’s still a way to go, but we’re confident that if the next stage of our sale process is as seamless as the first, which I don’t doubt it will be, our only concern will be finding a removal company! Thank you and we’ll done Reeds Rains.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I just want to say on and off over the last 18 months, Kelly of Reeds Rains has been brilliant. We have rented an older property from yourselves and with older properties comes its issues. Kelly has gone out of her way to sort these issues and kept us informed and up to date with works that have had to be done. A great member to your team.

We had tremendous service from Reeds Rains. Our property was sold quickly and efficiently, and the sales progression team (Heidi & Charlotte) were invaluable to us through some very difficult moments related to external factors. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if we were to ever move.

Reeds Rains provided an excellent service while selling my parents' vacant property. I do not live locally but the communication with Reeds Rains staff was excellent, by phone, text and email. They arranged valuation, viewings and reports as required and kept me fully up to date at every stage. The property sold within a week and the whole transaction was painless and stress-free.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I wanted an estate agent to sell my house who would reduce the stress of the process and who would be effective and efficient. I chose a local agent in Reeds Rains in Portishead and was not disappointed. Rosanna and her team gave me good sales advice and put themselves out to accompany viewings at a weekend during Covid restrictions. They sold the house within 4 days at over the asking price having at the same time qualified the suitability of the viewers and the eventual purchaser = happy seller. I must also mention Charlotte the Sales Progressor who chivied solicitors and purchasers alike to make sure the sale went through in a timely fashion. Would I use an internet seller in future - in a word No. You can't in my opinion beat local knowledge of property and the area to sell your house at the best price. All the sales team from the office familiarised themselves with the property and introduced themselves before marketing started and it is invaluable and comforting to have real people you have met and therefore know to speak to on the phone.
