I can't rate this company high enough. From the first visit from Craig to value my property, the excellent office staff who were always helpful to Heidi who guided the whole process through, staying in touch with both purchasers and vendor's solicitors the whole time until Exchange. Thank you.

Arrogant, elitist and time wasting staff who only engage in sales and negotiation via undue pressure. Specifically, this was an experience earlier in year, from making an offer to the subsequent negotiation to buy a home listed with this agent. Clearly they had no intention on selling to us, but made us go through the necessary steps to buy in order to increase the price for the preferred buyer. In other words, the chosen buyer had already been agreed by the vendor, but the agent used us to increase the rate from the primary buyer for their own gain, knowing full well we wouldn't have been in contention for purchase because we had already declared our upper budget. Having now dealt with agents in the B&NES and North Somerset area, these type of underhand tactics are rare. But not at Reeds Rains, where buyer deception seems actively encouraged.

It was a particularly difficult time in my life, however dealing with Kieran and Sharon from Reeds Rains was a pure delight. They made the whole process as smooth as could possibly be. The house is a total joy, thank you Sharon and I couldn't praise them enough......

I bought my flat through Reeds Rains and they were always very polite, friendly and helpful through the process even when I had to contact them over some matters after I had moved in. They even sent me a lovely cake which was a nice touch and made my day! Would recommend.

Thankyou to the team at Reeds Rains for guiding me through the sale of our house. Kieran and Sharon did a great job of taking over from Rosanna when she retired and I achieved my aim of selling to a family rather than a developer, with a friendly “local” approach after my husband passed away. They were always friendly, helpful and considerate of my situation. Thankyou all and well done!

Having purchased my home via Reeds Rains Portishead they were top of mind when it came to seeking a professional and honest valuation. Kieran was incredibly proactive, knowledgable and responsive: he arranged to come to my home within days and was able to give me clarity and an honest valuation. This has helped me immensely as I plan the next stage of improvements. If you value authenticity and honest advice I believe you won’t be disappointed with Kieran’s expertise.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

After the initial marketing/sale of the property which was handled by Craig very efficiently. My Mums situation changed and the lack of continuity dealing with different people who didn’t know us and our situation made it most unpleasant at the end which was a shame.NegativeProfessionalism

We couldn’t have asked for a better service. From the outset the whole team have been helpful, efficient and professional. We were especially impressed with the ‘sneak peek’ on Facebook - the photographs were absolutely lovely. There’s still a way to go, but we’re confident that if the next stage of our sale process is as seamless as the first, which I don’t doubt it will be, our only concern will be finding a removal company! Thank you and we’ll done Reeds Rains.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Dear Reeds Rain, Please accept our sincerest apologies for our long overdue review of Reeds Rains, Clevedon. Well, what can we say, Charlotte and her team are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and so kind. From the moment we met Charlotte we knew instantly that she was the one to find us a lovely tenant for our gorgeous little flat. Charlotte is a true professional. Her knowledge is immense and in depth, and freely, without hesitation, she offered us advice and support - we certainly learnt a lot about renting from Charlotte! Charlotte and her team went above and beyond their duties, for which we are forever grateful. Thank you so much for everything. Happy New Year, Ronda and Sharron XPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
