After a slightly sluggish start due to some issues with new software, Reeds Rains provided us with a professional , friendly and successful service with our sale. As the property was vacant, they managed all the viewings and kept us informed of progress. Post sale agreement, Heidi pushed things along as liaison between buyer’s and seller’s solicitors without whom we would probably be waiting for ages and in the dark, her regular updates and proactive approach were very much appreciated.

I've been renting thru Reed Rains for the last year,a few months ago my landlord decided to sell the property I was renting,the guys at RR notably Tina and Brooke were so helpful in finding suitable accommodation ASAP,everything was done really efficiently and withing two/ three weeks I was in and everything was sorted. In my opinion they are by far most professional and helpful letting agents in the town.

Professional stress free sale The sale of my late mother's flat was always going to be a difficult and emotional event but thanks to both family and Reads Rains (Clevedon) it was completed with minimal fuss and pure professionalism. This was after an earlier estate agent declined the sale as the "family were too fussy". I would happily recommend Reeds Rains to anyone wishing to sell a property.

We couldn’t fault the service we received from Reeds Rains. Extremely professional from beginning to end of our house sale, they were really proactive in terms of contacting potential buyers to arrange viewings and kept us updated throughout. The team are very friendly too - we recently locked ourselves out of the house on a Saturday and as they still had a key we called them on the off chance they might be able to help - and they quickly brought our key round to us!

Arrogant, elitist and time wasting staff who only engage in sales and negotiation via undue pressure. Specifically, this was an experience earlier in year, from making an offer to the subsequent negotiation to buy a home listed with this agent. Clearly they had no intention on selling to us, but made us go through the necessary steps to buy in order to increase the price for the preferred buyer. In other words, the chosen buyer had already been agreed by the vendor, but the agent used us to increase the rate from the primary buyer for their own gain, knowing full well we wouldn't have been in contention for purchase because we had already declared our upper budget. Having now dealt with agents in the B&NES and North Somerset area, these type of underhand tactics are rare. But not at Reeds Rains, where buyer deception seems actively encouraged.
