GoogleA few slight minor issues at the property that were easily rectified swiftly by the team at the Clevedon branch which is reflected in the 4 star as opposed to 5. Tina, Kelly, Heidi and Amy have been super helpful, friendly throughout the whole process from viewing right through to after moving in.
I hope you have settled into your new home, thank you for taking the time to leave my team a review and I am glad my team sorted out the issues swiftly for you. Kind Regards Charlotte

GoogleHeidi from the Clevedon Branch was superb throughout. She kept us regularly updated and provided sound, timely advice. I found her approachable, friendly and knowledgable. She was particularly impressive in dealing with a number of challenges on the day of completion. Thank you Heidi (and Brooke).
We really appreciate the feedback and wish the family well in the new home, thanks again for the positive comments.

GoogleIncredible customer service. What more can I say! From Brooke who showed us around the property to Craig who completed most of the paperwork, we experienced a first class friendly service at every level. Well done guys, keep up the good work.

GoogleI can't recommend Reeds Rains enough, they were fantastic in the handling of the sale of my deceased fathers Park home . Heidi was the best, she kept on top of moving the sale along. Also as I lived away from the area they helped organise cleaners to go in on my behalf. Would strongly recommend.
Appreciate the feedback, Heidi was determined to see this transaction through and delighted by your comments, Many thanks.

GoogleTo the Staff at Reeds Rains. Thank you for looking after me for approximately 13 years!! When I decided to rent out my family home, 12 years ago, you found me great tenants. Kelly and Tina have done a great job in fully managing the property, dealing with any issues and repairs and also making sure government legislation for rented properties was complied with. A special mention to Dave, your maintenance man, who has taken the worry off my shoulders and dealt with problems brilliantly and efficiently. Everyone should have a Dave they can rely on!! Reeds Rains helped us find our dream home in Portishead 11 years ago, working hard to make sure we exchanged and completed in just over a month. Great job guys. I approached Reeds Rains to see if you could help me buy a small property on a buy to rent basis. You found a perfect little house in Portishead Marina. When I needed to find tenants in a very short time frame, you were there again for me, making the whole process easy, keeping me updated, working efficiently and quickly to find the best tenant for me. And finally, Kieran has recently sold my family home, within a week of it being on the market. You all worked hard to achieve this sale. Sharon has kept me informed on progress and answered all my question as they arose, whilst keeping a close eye on the progress of the sale. You have all worked really hard with professionalism and friendliness throughout all my time dealing with Reeds Rains. I shall definitely recommend Reeds Rains to anyone who wants a competent, thorough estate and letting agency.
Many thanks for the fantastic review, we look forward to looking after you for plenty more years to come!
