Googleseeing the other reviews and although a bit late I had similar experience last year when I went to enquire about renting space for a restaurant. Not the most friendly chat when we gave them details of what we were looking for but anyway they said they would get back to us with a follow up. That was it, never heard again. I hope it had nothing to do with my Asian wife present with me !! Im putting 1 * as you cannot put zero

GoogleExceptional from start to finish - sold my house for the required price (and within their upper end estimate) within the predicted timescales. Kept me well informed of progress without the need to chase them. Very good and would certainly use again with no hesitations. Reduced fees for repeat business to.

GoogleWould of been 0 star if I could of gave nothing - I used them to fully manage my house rental (wasn’t cheap) but we made it clear we would always be moving back into the property as it was our family home and wanted it looking after, what we got couldn’t of been further from that and they were absolutely not interested in anything unless it was in relation to them making £££, what we moved back into was like squatters had been there (they hadn’t) and even then mundys maintained it was ‘minor issues’ wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole knowing what I know now, use at your own peril.

GoogleI have had a very positive experience with Living in Lincoln so far. Jenni has been very responsive to emails and every time we talked she was very professional, approachable and friendly. Despite being incredibly busy, Jenni has managed to deal with all my requests and issues in the flat in the shortest time possible and I do hope she will stay as my point of contact while I am renting through Living in Lincoln....

GoogleVery disappointed. arranged to view a house, travelled over an hour each way and only to find no one there to open the door for us. Called the manager of that agent who promised to look into. No reply at all and still waiting for an apology for wasting our time!

GoogleAwful, awful, awful. Would definitely not recommend. Terrible service and really poor complaints handling. Gave wrong information and definitely did not make the selling process easy. Wish I could give a negative star rating
