Red Hot Property estate agents in Hexham and Prudhoe

The staff who came to see the property initially were very efficient and friendly. The photographs including the ‘walk around’ ones were well done, although we requested a couple of changes. The changes were made quickly and entirely to our satisfaction. They contacted us regularly with updates until we accepted an offer at which point they answered questions from both sides (outwith the legal stuff which was being handled by our solicitor). And they phoned to say congratulations and thank you when we completed the sale. They could not have been more helpful! A solid 10/10. 👍

Never can get through to the hexham office on the phone & always get diverted to a hub service they use. Also leave messages for someone to call me back about a property that I seen on Rightmove that I was interested in and never received a call back from the agency. What a joke of a way to run an estate agent 👎 …

It's been quite a journey finding a property suitable for me and the little one. I've done a fair amount of whining about agents that (appear) to have actively stopped me looking at properties (ie the non local agents). So I've really appreciated the agents who took the time to engage politely, do what they said, kept smiling etc. Red Hot Property was one of those. Popped in on the Friday, asked if I could see the property on the Saturday. All no bother. Thanks. It's oddly rare.

Melanie and Trudie at Red Hot made our experience of selling a flat an excellent one. As a longtime landlord, I can say that they were exceptional. Melanie worked hard from the beginning, creating photographs and a video that I was very happy with. Trudie updated every week and was both experienced and calm in constantly moving the sale forward. Every request, in what is inevitably a stressful process, was met by both. 100% recommendation and genuine thanks.

I cannot recommend Red Hot Property highly enough. As a buyer we dealt with Mel on our visits to the property and the negotiations to buy. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very easy to work with throughout. As matters progressed we were helped by Trudie, who kept us informed throughout and made the purchasing process so much easier. We are now nearing completion and looking forward to our new home. If you are looking for an estate agent in Prudhoe or further into Tynedale then look no further than Red Hot Property!

If you are autistic and/or suffer from poor mental health, I would strongly recommend you stay well clear of this company as they'll try pull the wool over your eyes. I sold my house through RHP and was told by their agents that the buyer was a cash buyer and had already sold their house (I have 2 emails confirming this). I also accepted a lower offer on my house as I thought there was no chain and it'd be a quick sale. To my surprise my solicitor informed me that I was part of a chain. RHP only told me about the chain 2 weeks before completion, when the people at the top of the chain started pushing for an exchange date. I never received any sort of explanation/apology from RHP for lying to me.

Moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do. Angela and the team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale of my house and purchase of my lovely new home. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’ve been so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I never felt the need to chase them as they were always one step ahead getting intouch.

Great team. Zak's been keeping an eye out for any properties we might be interested in, and has taken time to listen to what we're looking for (so we don't get recommended things we don't want). It's always good to have someone looking out for you to help you find the right place.
