GoogleAbsolutely amazing, cannot praise them enough! Trudie who I dealt with was so helpful and guided me along the way. When things didn't go according to plan she was incredibly helpful and kind and it really made the process of buying the house we chose a lot less stressful. I would honestly recommend them.

GoogleMel and Trudy both did a fantastic job of helping us with our move, they responded quickly and made sure the process kept moving throughout. When they committed to calling me back they always did, when they said they would. They were patient and understanding of the stresses of a house move. I’d recommend Red hot.

GoogleFrom my first meeting with Melanie, branch manager, and throughout the full process both Melanie and Trudie have made the sale of my fathers house totally stress free. Handling it sensitively and professionally for a home that has been in our family for over 100 years. Customer service at its very best.

GoogleI am a private landlord and recently instructed the Prudhoe office of the Red Hot Group to find a tenant for a letting property. From the outset I was impressed with the helpful and friendly attitude of all in the office. My questions were answered and telephone queries quickly addressed by an obviously professional team. Melanie Connolly has been outstanding throughout with her knowledge and advice. She is enthusiastic, approachable and committed to finding the right tenant. I won’t list all of the work she has carried out, suffice to say, the property has now been let. I have no hesitation in recommending the Red Hot Group, the quality of service is exceptional.

GoogleAbsolutely incredible. Trudie went completely above and beyond to ensure my house buying experience was smooth and without challenge. Mel was always on hand to answer any questions - I truly recommend Red Hot to anyone, beyond a doubt the best estate agent I’ve ever worked with. Such a pleasure.

GoogleAfter getting valuations from a couple of local agents I decided to use Red Hot as Melanie took her time to explain certain things the other agent didn’t even mention. The whole process of selling a home, no matter what the circumstances, is stressful but the team were sensitive and thoughtful in their approach. Most of the communication was by email, which suited me and my working days. We had to find rental accommodation to dovetail with the sale and Trudie went above and beyond to assure this happened. Which is quite a feat in today’s market. I was very happy with the service offered and would definitely use Red Hot again, and recommend them to anyone buying, selling or renting.
