The whole experience of selling my house with moving works was great. We got recommended by a family friend and Harriet ended up supporting us from start to finish. She helped us understand the current market, similar house prices and what our situation was. We ended up selling our house within a couple of weeks and we couldn’t recommend Harriet and the moving works team enough!

Excellent! We had such a wonderful experience with the whole Movingworks team. They have a beautiful portfolio of properties with the Movingworks collection. Georgina and Mark bring a wealth of experience and are very pleasant to interact with. They take the extra effort to understand their clients..unlike most other estate agents, they are well versed about the properties, pleasant to interact with and gives us the comfort and space to make decisions. If i could give 0 i would. SO UNPROFESSIONAL Do not recommend these for renting at all, if you’re in the market for somewhere to rent around this area i strongly suggest going to someone else. These were managing our rented property and they told nothing but lies, i am truely appalled and disgusted with the treatment and rude/blunt email’s we faced. They left us in a damp infested property which they laughed at and said “other peoples are worse” (even though all of our stuff was getting ruined) Then proceeded to show us images of other peoples properties. They lied to us about appointments being made. “Someone will be coming out on this date” no one turned up on numerous occasions. We did have 1 damp inspection to which he said it was inhabitable only a few months into the tenancy, nothing was done, they kept blaming us stating we were missing appointments when in reality they’d schedule the odd appointments, tell us at the last minute and it was too late notice for work & then when we were able to make them no one turned up which meant we lost out on a days work for absolutely nothing. 4 of the Windows wouldn't open which is illegal.. but all they cared about was if we were maintaining the hedge in the back garden and not our health in the property. After this they decided to evict us and blame us, the eviction notice was because the property was now inhabitable, dangerous to our health and work was needed immediately as no one could stay in there…We found out that it was just because the tenant before us really wanted the property back so she was all moved in THE DAY AFTER we handed our keys back & had the nerve to charge us for a carpet clean!! 4 months later ~ heard from a neighbour that NONE of the work has been done. windows look to be still broken and the hedge they were so ridiculous about hasn’t even been maintained. So the eviction notice was a BIG LIE!!! I also spoke to a previous staff member of prudhoe’s branch to which she agreed it was absolutely shocking and how “heartless and unforgiving” they were. Thankfully we are out of that tenancy now, definitely the most frustrating renting experience we have ever had! Do not contact me regarding this review i don’t wish to speak to any of you at Red Hot.

Movingworks are without a doubt the best estate agents we have ever used, nothing is too much for them they will get you the best and most accurate valuation of your property and they really care about your sale and guide you through everything. Trudy was extremely communicative and kept us fully up to date with the progress of our house sale. Trudy explained clearly all the solicitor jargon that we couldn’t make head nor tail of. Trudy also managed to explain thoroughly what the survey threw up and negotiated as best as she could with our buyers to get us the best outcome possible. Trudy was always friendly efficient and at all times professional I am very grateful to all Trudy’s assistance, knowledge and professionalism throughout our dealings with them as the process of selling a house is extremely stressful and Trudy did her absolute best to make it as stress free as possible.
