GoogleMelanie was very quick and efficient in setting up the publicity for my house sale. She has a natural talent in talking to prospective buyers, and as a result it sold pretty well straight away. Unfortunately the solicitors took longer than hoped to process the sale, but she was very calm and reassuring throughout - which was greatly needed.

We have dealt with a lot of estate agents in our year long search for our first home and without a doubt Melanie’s dedication and expertise in her role is rare. She made the process a million times easier for us and I would recommend this company to everyone!

FacebookIf you are disabled and/or suffer from poor mental health, I would strongly recommend you stay well clear of this company as they'll try pull the wool over your eyes. I sold my house through RHP and was told by their agents that the buyer was a cash buyer and had already sold their house (I have 2 emails confirming this). I also accepted a lower offer on my house as I thought there was no chain and it'd be a quick sale. To my surprise my solicitor informed me that I was part of a chain. RHP only told me about the chain 2 weeks before completion, when the people at the top of the chain started pushing for an exchange date. I never received any sort of explanation/apology from RHP for misleading me.

GoogleLooking to move house can be really stressful but we have found this process to be really easy with the professionalism of the staff at red hot property prudhoe. They have great communication and always keep us up to date with what is on the market at the minute. Excellent service and a team that knows what their customers need.
