GoogleExcellent service. I previously bought the house I sold from Red Hot Property in Prudhoe 4 years ago and had no question about enlisting their services again for my sale. I had a great experience and Trudie worked hard to solve problems that occurred and kept me in the loop with regular updates. Thanks

GoogleGreat team and very professional. We have Matthew Scott as our go to man who deals with tenants and forwards any problems we or they might have. I have found him a pleasure to work with and a credit to his employer. Hoping for many more happy years dealing with you.

GoogleMel and Trudy both did a fantastic job of helping us with our move, they responded quickly and made sure the process kept moving throughout. When they committed to calling me back they always did, when they said they would. They were patient and understanding of the stresses of a house move. I’d recommend Red hot.

GoogleI have sold two properties with Red Hot and won't use anyone else. They have been knowledgable, professional and have kept momentum up during the sales process and kept me advised throughout.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing, cannot praise them enough! Trudie who I dealt with was so helpful and guided me along the way. When things didn't go according to plan she was incredibly helpful and kind and it really made the process of buying the house we chose a lot less stressful. I would honestly recommend them.

FacebookRed hot property promise the world but fail to deliver on all fronts. No customer communication in over 6 months other than an email to thank me for being a previous customer. Responded by telling them I was still a customer and was disappointed by email, told I would be called in a'couple of days' 3 months later nothing. Smiling face to get your money then nothing-atrocious service wish I hadn't spent £400 with them.

GoogleWe had a great meal in the Tipi for my husbands birthday. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food was good pub food with generous portions. They were really accommodating, as when it got a little colder a table was quickly arranged inside for us to have our dessert 🍨. …

Hi Becca, im sorry you felt the need to write this. As you were told, it is a condition of the Landlords mortgage company that he is not allowed to accept LHA tenants It is NOT a policy of the company that we discriminate against LHA tenants Just to let you know, we are part of the Castledene Group, which is the largest independent letting agent managing LHA tenants in the North East of England - We do NOT discriminate against LHA tenants
