FacebookIf you are disabled and/or suffer from poor mental health, I would strongly recommend you stay well clear of this company as they'll try pull the wool over your eyes. I sold my house through RHP and was told by their agents that the buyer was a cash buyer and had already sold their house (I have 2 emails confirming this). I also accepted a lower offer on my house as I thought there was no chain and it'd be a quick sale. To my surprise my solicitor informed me that I was part of a chain. RHP only told me about the chain 2 weeks before completion, when the people at the top of the chain started pushing for an exchange date. I never received any sort of explanation/apology from RHP for misleading me.
