I was in a very unique situation when buying my house and Melanie helped me through the whole process with excellent advise and recommendations. GoogleWe have just completed the sale of our house which was handled by Melanie and Trudy at the Prudhoe Office. I have to say they were excellent from the very first meeting to completion date. Nothing was too much trouble, with regular updates and they certainly keep things progressing at a good pace. Their knowledge of the housing market in the area is second to none resulting in our house selling within 24 hours of going 'live' on the website. Fantastic job from a brilliant team. I would not hesitate to recommend them so if your thinking of selling your house get in touch and they will ease you through the whole process. Thank you so much for making what can be a very stressful task really smooth and trouble free.

GoogleAfter a horrific house fire that could have been so much worse! I can't thank Melanie and the rest of the staff enough! Their professionalism and efficiency is absolutely outstanding. What they have done for my family and I is totally above and beyond customer care! My partner and I are so glad we chose to rent through 'Red Hot Property'. + I'm very impressed with Red Hot Property! There customer service is amazing (Melanie in Rentals is a legend) though all the staff have been incredible. They've literally done what I thought impossible! Thanks guys!

GoogleCouldn’t fault staff at red hot property , all lovely , Trudie dealt with the sale of my mums house , it had to be sold to pay her care home fees so it was a very upsetting time , the house took a long time to sell as the property had never been registered so only a cash buyer could purchase , Trudie gave us lots of important details to consider , she was understanding , professional, patient,knows her job and does it fantastically in fact she gave us better advice than the solicitor we had at the start , ( which led us to change solicitors to a one she recommended , who were also wonderful .)highly recommend them
