GoogleFrom start to finish, both Mels and EVERYONE else in the office has been amazing! I have had a particularly weird experience from ill communication from my legal team but nothing was a problem to this team. GoogleRoss and the team have been excellent in helping us sell the house. When the first buyer fell through they got us plenty of more viewings and they gave us good advice throughout and were patient with our questions. We’ve just completed and are delighted with all support we had.

GoogleOur experience of the staff at Red Hot Property Prudhoe was excellent. As sellers Mel took her time in assessing a realistic asking price which was achieved in a short space of time. They were always able to assist with advice throughout the whole process. They played a significant part in ensuring our move went as smooth as possible and very swiftly. From listing our property to moving took 8 weeks and without any issues.

GoogleRed Hot Properties made our experience of buying our first home seamless and stress free. The team worked hard to try get us in our new home as quickly as possible, they were friendly and helpful always and we would highly recommend to friends and family. In particular, Trudie was fantastic, she communicated with us throughout the whole process and chased solicitors on our behalf making it as easy for us as possible. Thank you

GoogleTrudy was extremely communicative and kept us fully up to date with the progress of our house sale. Trudy explained clearly all the solicitor jargon that we couldn’t make head nor tail of. Trudy also managed to explain thoroughly what the survey threw up and negotiated as best as she could with our buyers to get us the best outcome possible. Trudy was always friendly efficient and at all times professional I am very grateful to all Trudy’s assistance, knowledge and professionalism throughout our dealings with them as the process of selling a house is extremely stressful and Trudy did her absolute best to make it as stress free as possible. Trudy always got back to me promptly and was always happy to answer any questions about had. I would highly recommend Red Hot Properties.
