Referring to the Warwick office who come across as amateurs. They had one buyer for us at a substantial discount on the asking price and stopped sending anyone else over to view. I told them not to stop until we had a memo of sale but no. What's happened, the buyers have had to pull out because their buyers pulled out. Two weeks after supposedly getting the sale. Never again.

GoogleHad an absolutely wonderful experience finding a flat, viewing it and moving in, all with the help of lovely Oliver. My partner and I have had multiple agencies let us down due to the lack of communication, consideration and dismissive behaviours. However this all changed when we can across RA Bennett! Oliver provided us with quick responses and genuinely felt like he wanted us to get the flat, he wanted us to reach our goals, and was patient and attentive throughout (these are attributes lacked by other agencies one again). My partner and I have genuinely been shocked by the amount of professionalism and care and consideration offered by RA Bennett, and of course Oliver. We have now been living happily for 2 months without a problem, and knowing I can messaging Oliver regarding any further questions (and gain an answer promptly) eases my anxiety! If i were to recommend any agency in Worcester, it would only be to RA Bennett! Thank you Oliver and the rest of the RA Bennett team! Keep doing what you are doing - you are smashing it!

Caroline Preston - Words won't do justice to how much she's helped me in this, had some faff from other company's that get involved with the purchase of a house (won't name names) But Caroline has been a women of her word, called me, emailed me early morning late nights and has just been an absolute legend, 10/10 if you're buying or selling, Caroline's your lady! GoogleRunning to a quite tight deadline to re-home my mother, from the initial meeting with Freya at the property, to the day of moving her in, the service provided was excellent. GoogleAfter two years + of other local estate agents failing to get a single offer, within a month of RA Bennett taking the flat on they had a great offer from a cash buyer. The process was a bit complicated and took longer than hoped, but that wasn't due to RA Bennett and throughout the process they stayed in really regular communication, always calling me back when they said they would, and really helping to push the sale through. I can highly recommend them. Thank you!

Tried to look at a property, offered two and a half days in the week, and they had noone available to show me the property. Tried with the next week, same availability, still no one available. If you are marketing your property with them, and wonder why it is not selling, it's because it is impossible to view with them!! I'd chose another agent!

GoogleHighly recommend using RA Bennett as your estate agent. They were my second agent, after a poor experience with a different agent. The sale of my house was not a smooth one, and they worked very hard to find a buyer and get it sold. Special shout out to Jordan, Julia, Sharon and Caroline!

Bedminster office - I had hoped that this one would be different. But if you like inaccuracies with details and not being able to explain their processes then they are for you. When I complained I was told that they'd followed their processes but it seems that they like to kept that information to themselves.

Agency demanding £660 to exit tenancy after being good tenants for 15months, even though we requested a break out clause at the start. Horrible service towards tenants. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!
