Trying to find somewhere to rent for the first time was a lot harder than expected, especially being a young couple with a dog. Contacted R A Bennet and was amazed by the customer service that was provided. Within a month we had found the perfect home and everything went much more smoothly than expected. We dealt with a young women named Lotti who was absolutely amazing and an absolute credit to the company, she was extremely friendly and professional and took a lot of stress away from us. When it came time to collect the keys, a gentleman named Ethan helped us finalise any small details and paperwork and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From someone who has spoke with many estate agents, this is by far the best company around and would 100% recommend if you are looking for somewhere. Typical lying horrors

I won’t say which dump we had to deal with but they have to be the worst one, I have ever dealt with. Suffice to say they’ll do everything to get you to sign, and then after that, surprise surprise, flats not finished with essential work, then they state ‘well we don’t have to because you didn’t ask’ and then ‘well you’re signed now’ Also, they use questionable credit agencies to do checks as well that also ultimate people half way through applications to pay off debts that they are already paying, otherwise you can’t buy or rent. Genuinely couldn’t make this up! Absolutely shocking and not one f___ given by them. Audacity is the only word I’d use to describe them. Sadly this is that state of the UK now. No one cares at the top, so that filters down. Genuinely regret choosing them

I wish it was a zero 🌟 for R A BENNETT IN STRATFORD UPON AVON they are scamars they find me a flat to rent and it was due for viewing I was happy with it they ask me to make down payment to secure the flat I give them £173 and all my documents and passport then they search my credit with wrong name and wrong spelling then come back that I have ccj on my record I contactedthe courts and checked all my credit report all come back clear and I have a really good credit score I went back to R A BENNETT try to explain and give them my passport they didn't want to know and they told me in unmanered way we will not refund your deposit and we will not search your credit under my correct name still working on it to take them to court for fraud and scam.....
