GoogleListed a home with them and they achieved 0 viewing in 6 months, the price if the house was agreed with them. From the start it showed their lack of interest with no regular communications and the only advice was drop the price. Would have preferred a realistic price discussion at the start. Forget 0 viewing I'm not sure they even got an enquiry !

TrustpilotDysfunctional with no complaints system
This Estate Agent does careful market appraisals but the offers rarely match the market value and communication is generally poor (mainly phone) and the complaints system non-existent. Probably the underlying cause is a conflict of interest between providing mortgages and serving the sellers' best interest.

GoogleJason Dhesi at R A Bennett has been absolutely wonderful as our mortgage broker. Things haven't been particularly smooth with our purchase but he's helped guide and chase things along the way. We're first time buyers so everything is new to us but he's been so patient and happy to take the time to talk through and explain things to us. Really going above and beyond.

GoogleWe rented property through RA Bennet and as it was good deal for us we lived in that property for almost 2 and half year. We paid all the rents/deposit on time. Property was old so there were always some minor/major issues. Due to mold related issue we had to close down one bedroom. So we were able to use only 1 bedroom. Anyway for two of us it was sufficient. The problem is we have left the property on 28th August 2024, we left the property as we received it, there were minor wear and tear. It's been 2 months now as of today on 28th October RA Bennet and landlord hasn't released my deposit. The new tenant is living in this property since 28th August. This is really frustrating as they are not giving me proper feedback. If you rent property from them then say goodbye to your deposit. I am going to take legal route now as £850 is big amount for us.

GoogleLotti was so so helpful moving us into our house. There were lots of unexpected hold ups on our end and she dealt with them amazingly and calmly which really helped in such a stressful time.
