GoogleWhat can I say.... these guys go above and beyond. They bend over backwards to help. I've had all sorts of problems with my move process but they sorted it all out, stuck with me and we exchanged today. GoogleBoth sides of Quirks Estate Agents - Letting's & Sales - have been great to deal with. Renting or purchasing property is never a quick process, but it is made much easier and less stressful when a team like Quirks respond to your queries in good time and go into bat for you. GoogleExcellent service an amazing team of friendly and polite staff. From the very start I have had excellent service from Simon coming around and putting my house on the market. Jemma who I have dealt mainly with who as been very professional and kept me sane she is a lovely lady who as kept me up to date every step of the way. Even when Jemma wasn't in the office there was always someone who could pull out my file and help. I am so glad I chose quirks and would highly recommend go go quirks, unlike the estate agents I was buying through useless (SJ Warren south woodham ferrers) I will do a review of them at a later date.
We always harp on about our experience, knowledge and sheer determination and your kind 5* review proves that the 'Team effort' can make all the difference. GoogleI am a Landlord and have a property in Wickford. I have worked with the Quirks team for the last 3 years to help manage the property. Recently I had a change of tenant, the Quirks team managed this seamlessly and I had a new tenant very quickly, the down time was kept to a minimum. I would definitely recommend Quirks.

They ensured our sale and purchase went through as quickly and smoothly as possible and if it wasn't for their chasing of solicitors, things would have a taken a lot longer. GoogleAs a first time tenant, the process was made so much easier and enjoyable by going through Quirks and having Andrew as our Lettings Agent! The whole process was completely painless, fast and couldn’t have been less stressful. They were so honest about the process, each stage and what was expected. We were so supported and it felt like Andrew was almost as excited as we were when he told we got our property.

GoogleJemma was truly exceptional. She helped with what I think was the most difficult and longest process. There were issues with the top of the chain and this sale took very long to complete. Jemma always kept me updated and was very friendly and helpful. I do not think I could have waited so long if I was dealing with another estate agent or agent. I highly recommend Quirks. Everyone is always helpful and professional. 5 stars is not enough. 10 out of 5 star rating from me

GoogleUnfortunately as a landlord we have been completely let down time and time again and have stopped management services. Constant poor communication and not fulfilling any service for both landlord and tenant. Having had properties in different parts of the UK this is by far the most disappointing management service received. Having requested to speak to management about the experience they have not bothered to return our call. In turn pulling out of the management contract. The tenant is also happy to hear this after being unhappy with Quirks. All in all poor leadership and management don’t waste your money on their service if you are a landlord.
