Quirks in Billericay, have as a company gone above and beyond to ensure our property was sold. They have worked hard to achieve this sale and always addressed us a a friendly manner making us feel we were valued customers. The whole process has been professional throughout. Lee and Kiri, played a major part in this process, they both felt the personal touch was important so talking to them on the phone rather than by constant emails, set up and ensured this friendly partnership. What an amazing, friendly, efficient, helpful local estate agent. When we first went to visit our now new home, Lee was so friendly and welcoming, he was so helpful and really had all the answers we needed. Fortunately for us he remembered that he had sold our old house to us 5 years previous. When we made our offer he really presented us well to the sellers and was also really positive about them to us. After our offer was agreed Kiri contacted us to progress the sale, Kiri was so helpful and efficient and ensure that we were aware of every step that was happening, even though we were the buyers we felt she went out of her way to help anyway she could. We were so fortunate to have Lee sell us this house, he went above and beyond and with the help of Kiri we had managed to complete within 2 months. Making the decision to sell my home after so many years was not easy but with the benefit of Quirks’ sound and sensible advice, patiently provided by Lee and James, it seemed that the time was right. The marketing details for my house were well presented with excellent photos and the house was on the market within days. Lee politely suggested that I make myself scarce and leave the viewings to him! He did a great job and a sale was quickly agreed. Jacqui researched the chain and let me know where each transaction stood which was reassuring. Kiri then took over the sales progression and she was brilliant! Liaising with buyers, agents and solicitors (some of them less than helpful), she helped push things along, keeping me fully informed of progress all the way through. As expected, there were glitches and delays but her tenacity and resourcefulness were outstanding. Kiri, you’re a star! My experience was that Quirks work as a team, professional, competent and communicative, delivering what they promise and always with good humour. Local business at its best and I thoroughly recommend them.
