Holly and Kiri were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. As estate agents, they made everything feel smooth, well organised, and far less stressful than I expected as a first-time buyer. Holly was great from the very first viewing, really helpful, approachable, and took the time to help me with things I wasn’t fully sure on, which made a big difference. Kiri was also excellent at keeping everything moving and keeping me updated along the way, which I really appreciated. Both of them were always responsive, easy to deal with, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. I’m really grateful for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

Quirks Estate Agents Billericay The most professional team to work with . Kiri was outstanding. If it wasn’t for Quirks the sale of our property would have not been possible. Quirks went above and beyond to get our sale finalised. The solicitors involved were absolutely appalling nearly losing the sale . Kiri had so much patience and did not give up working so hard to achieve this sale . I would recommend to use Quirks estate agents as they will go to great lengths to help whilst remaining extremely professional. I very rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to shine some light on the fantastic team in our Billericay branch. Charlotte put together the most brilliant sales brochure and online links, going above and beyond to reach as many buyers as possible for my property. So much so, I had 8 viewers in one day! Needless to say, with so much interest my house sold in less than a week. Kiri the sales progressor was incredibly professional, with every call returned, email replied and question answered. What an amazing, friendly, efficient, helpful local estate agent. When we first went to visit our now new home, Lee was so friendly and welcoming, he was so helpful and really had all the answers we needed. Fortunately for us he remembered that he had sold our old house to us 5 years previous. When we made our offer he really presented us well to the sellers and was also really positive about them to us. After our offer was agreed Kiri contacted us to progress the sale, Kiri was so helpful and efficient and ensure that we were aware of every step that was happening, even though we were the buyers we felt she went out of her way to help anyway she could. We were so fortunate to have Lee sell us this house, he went above and beyond and with the help of Kiri we had managed to complete within 2 months.
