My partner and I have just bought a house through Quirks. Kiri, our Sales Progressor, has been absolutely wonderful. All of our friends and family warned us of how much 'chasing' there is to do when buying a house, but Kiri took all of that stress away! Purchasing our first property was quite a daunting prospect (we had no clue what to do!). We were just so thankful that our seller had chosen to sell through Quirks. From our first viewing, our estate agent Charlotte accommodated a viewing around our work schedules and was extremely helpful and welcoming when we first looked round the property. When negotiating the offer Charlotte was very quick to respond and enabled us to reach an agreement the same evening as we viewed the property! She was super helpful and made us feel able to ask as many questions as we needed. Once the offer had been accepted we were passed onto the sales negotiator Kiri. Kiri is an asset to the Quirks team and truly has gone above and beyond to help facilitate the purchase of the property, answering numerous calls a day from myself, chasing solicitors on both sides and even physically going to the sellers solicitors to find out what was going on! I honestly don't think the sale would have happened without her hard work and persistence. Not only did she know how to deal with solicitors (escalating to the partners where necessary), she also did a superb job of keeping me as calm as possible throughout the process. I cannot thank her enough for all her time and effort. This experience has taught me the value of the estate agents in the house buying process and I will undoubtedly be recommending Quirks to all my family and friends. Once we found the property we wanted to buy Quirks were amazing in getting us over the line. Kiri was our account handler once we had our offer accepted and was the reason we managed to get to exchange. She stayed on top of our Solicitors (who were less helpful) and made sure we had regular updates along the way whilst being so friendly and a pleasure to talk to. When we finally exchanged she was so happy for us and called straight away to congratulate us which was so nice. It was the same way our friends and family congratulated us, if anything she was happier! It just goes to show how invested she is in trying to help. Thanks to all my account handlers at Quirks but a special mention to Kiri. I do need to also mention Charlotte who got the ball rolling for us and has provided regular updates as and when needed. Having sold my property with Quirks, I would thoroughly recommend them. I was kept informed throughout the stages of the sale and all the team were very flexible and understanding, Emma and James did a great job in finding the right buyer for me and knew the market/area very well. At the point an offer was accepted, I was handed over to Kiri who dealt with me from then onwards. Kiri was absolutely brilliant and I truly believe that had I have chosen any other estate agent, our chain wouldn't have completed, or at least as quickly as it did. Kiri was on constantly on the ball; keeping myself, my solicitors and the rest of the chain updated. She was very patient with some challenging parts of the sale and understood how stressful the situation could be.
