A special shout out to Kiri who supported me through a drawn-out process because of Covid and external solicitor incompetence. @Kiri, thank you for your patience, advice and perseverance through the whole thing.
The Covid pandemic had been testing to day the least, however we have found new and innovative ways to work around the system to ensure we have been able to get people moved. GoogleAbsolutely first class from start to finish. If I could award six stars I would! Every member of the team has shown genuine interest in both making, and progressing the sale of my property. In particular, James worked hard to promote the sale, and, once the sale was agreed, Kiri worked tirelessly to ensure it all went through smoothly. I have used several of the other local estate agents, but none match up to Quirks. Thoroughly recommended!

GoogleCan’t thank Kiri enough for getting our move done. I was silly enough to go with a online solicitor (strongly advise against this) Kiri chased them constantly and if it hadn't been for her the move could of gone on a lot longer, always happy to help!

GoogleWe chose Quirks to handle the sale of our house after they had been our letting agents for the past 10 yrs . Sue @ Lettings has always been extremely helpful and the house was passed seamlessly to the sales team. The sale was handled by Kiri and overseen by Craig. They kept us informed every step of the way and when it came to keep everything moving and regularly chasing up solicitors, Kiri was excellent in keeping us informed and is very professional. Quirks delivered an excellent service and we were very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleBrilliant service from start to finish. My old family home sold within a week and above the asking price despite it being above my expectation. Furthermore Charlotte and the rest of the team kept us all informed and guided us through the process with charm and patience. They all worked hard on our behalf, didn’t promise anything they couldn’t deliver and were a credit to this family firm.

GoogleEveryone at Quirks, Billericay, have been so efficient and helpful in the selling of my property in Billericay. The house sold relatively quickly considering the current market conditions. I was kept updated during the entire process, with Kiri, the sales progressor, pushing things along and liaising between the buyer and our solicitors. It has been a painless experience from start to finish.

GoogleFrom start to end both the patience and professionalism of all at Quirks was clear. Communication was constant and they were a fantastic bridge between buyer and seller. FacebookAwful company trying to tell me as a buyer I’m not allowed to speak to the homeowners without going thought them, telling me I’m not allowed to knock on the door. What law have I broken? None. The manger there is a jumped up power mad lady who needs to check the way she talks to customers. She has now removed me from mailing list and stopped from viewing any properties in future even though I have done nothing wrong.
I came in a skeptic, but with the price point of $1,500 I made a profit of $19,350. The result has been the feedback from pros and customers has been amazing in terms of profits and the customer service is one of best departments I’ve ever dealt with, and have referred 2 customers who are also very happy .
