GoogleThoroughly recommend. Friendly team and on top of matters. I was the purchaser in the transaction and Lee & Kiri were helpful throughout. I expect that the vendor was also very happy, Quirks frequently liaised with the solicitors to keep up the momentum. I will certainly be in touch with Quirks when it comes to putting any property on the market.

GoogleQuirks have provided an exceptional service from start to finish, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Both Charlotte during viewings/negotiations, and Kiri through sales progression, have been so efficient and helpful the entire time. Despite not being my appointed estate agents (I am the buyer), Kiri has regularly updated me on progress, going above and beyond to ensure different parties are keeping the chain moving forward. In my opinion, Quirks have been the most important link in the chain, and we are only able to complete this year thanks to their efforts. Additionally, their recommendations for solicitors and surveyors were excellent. Due to the overwhelmingly positive experience with Quirks, I will definitely be using them if I am looking to buy/sell in the future. Thank you!

They have worked hard to achieve this sale and always addressed us a a friendly manner making us feel we were valued customers. The whole process has been professional throughout. Lee and Kiri, played a major part in this process, they both felt the personal touch was important so talking to them on the phone rather than by constant emails, set up and ensured this friendly partnership. Kiri even asked me how I felt following completion of the sale of a family home spanning 66 years! Demonstrating both care and compassion. Big thanks go out to the pair of them.

GoogleMaking the decision to sell my home after so many years was not easy but with the benefit of Quirks’ sound and sensible advice, patiently provided by Lee and James, it seemed that the time was right. The marketing details for my house were well presented with excellent photos and the house was on the market within days. Lee politely suggested that I make myself scarce and leave the viewings to him! He did a great job and a sale was quickly agreed. Jacqui researched the chain and let me know where each transaction stood which was reassuring. Kiri then took over the sales progression and she was brilliant! Liaising with buyers, agents and solicitors (some of them less than helpful), she helped push things along, keeping me fully informed of progress all the way through. As expected, there were glitches and delays but her tenacity and resourcefulness were outstanding. Kiri, you’re a star! My experience was that Quirks work as a team, professional, competent and communicative, delivering what they promise and always with good humour. Local business at its best and I thoroughly recommend them.
