GoogleGreat service! Lovely staff! Selling and buying is in my experience quite stressful but with Quirks they made the experience much better. From the first appointment through the process. There was always someone on the other line able to answer your questions. Areas I really enjoyed * At our initial meeting, we felt genuinely heard and that our views and comments were carefully considered. Their expertise ensured we made well-informed decisions to achieve a successful house sale. * They gave all viewers/ potential buyers a proper brochure about our house. Not just printed off the internet. * You received a text message with the feedback from viewers. * Depending on where in the process you were you got passed on to a new member of staff. A feeling that you are definitely moving forward. And they were all up to date and new everything what was going on when you got passed on. We sold and bought within 3 months. We would highly recommend Quirks Billericay. We had a great experience.

Quirks went above and beyond to get our sale finalised. The solicitors involved were absolutely appalling nearly losing the sale . Kiri had so much patience and did not give up working so hard to achieve this sale . I would recommend to use Quirks estate agents as they will go to great lengths to help whilst remaining extremely professional. From Charlotte to set up the sale of the property and then Kiri always taking our calls and going the extra mile .We cannot thank Quirks enough for completing our sale it wasn’t an easy task . GoogleWhen we first started the process of selling our home, we had several estate agents come round to value the property. Like many people, we were quite sceptical about estate agents and weren’t really sure who to trust. James from Quirks changed that completely. From the moment he walked through the door, he stood out by a mile. He was incredibly approachable, genuine, honest and down to earth. There was never any hard sell or pressure, just straightforward advice, plenty of humour, and a real sense that he genuinely cared about helping us make the right decisions. In an industry that can sometimes feel full of sharks, Quirks proved to be one of the few companies you can genuinely trust 100%. As the sale progressed, every single member of the team was exceptional. They were always available, kept us informed every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made what is widely regarded as one of life’s most stressful experiences feel so much more manageable. A special mention has to go to Holly. When our first buyers unexpectedly pulled out, we were absolutely gutted. Holly immediately sprang into action. She worked tirelessly, arranged viewing after viewing, generated interest in the property, kept us updated constantly and somehow, with the team at Quirks, managed to secure us new buyers in less than a week, and for even more money than we’d achieved the first time! Her determination, positivity and work ethic were nothing short of incredible. She genuinely turned a really difficult situation into a huge success. Charlotte was wonderful throughout our property search and showed us the home we eventually fell in love with. She has such a natural way of doing her job. There was never any pressure or sales pitch. She simply gave us the space to experience each property while always being there when we needed advice or reassurance. She has such a calm, friendly manner that she felt more like a friend than an estate agent, and she was a brilliant source of support when everything became a little chaotic with our sale and purchase. And then there’s Kiri. Quite simply, she’s an absolute gem. Kind, caring, endlessly professional, and someone who somehow managed to make us laugh even during the most stressful moments. She has that rare ability to make you feel like you’re her only client, and by the end of the process she genuinely felt more like a friend than someone we’d only met through buying and selling a house. The whole team at Quirks has been absolutely outstanding. They sold our house incredibly quickly, achieved a better price than we ever expected, guided us through every hurdle with professionalism and genuine care, and were there whenever we needed them. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is honest, hardworking, trustworthy and genuinely invested in getting the very best outcome for you, I would whole heartedly recommend Quirks. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and if we ever move again, there isn’t a single estate agent we’d consider using other than Quirks. GoogleExtremely happy with the level of service Quirks, Billericay provided. They were our agents for both sale & purchase. All members of staff were polite, understanding & always there at the end of the phone/email. A very hardworking team of professionals. As estate agents, they made everything feel smooth, well organised, and far less stressful than I expected as a first-time buyer. Holly was great from the very first viewing, really helpful, approachable, and took the time to help me with things I wasn’t fully sure on, which made a big difference. Kiri was also excellent at keeping everything moving and keeping me updated along the way, which I really appreciated. Both of them were always responsive, easy to deal with, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. I’m really grateful for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

GoogleAll the team at Quirks were excellent on the sale of our house.... Ours was a difficult task at times, the team never gave up and got viewings, even through Christmas. Communication was clear, realistic and regular. Brilliant idea to have a one point contact after the sale was agreed, who coordinated between all solicitors and headed off any issues before they actually became an issue.

GoogleQuirks handled the sale of my house recently and I was extremely happy with them. Charlotte, Kiri and all the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Above all though they kept in touch and kept me in the loop, speaking to my solicitor and checking that the sale was progressing. Can’t recommend Quirks enough.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience when buying a property through Quirks Wickford. We had lived in our home for 38 years, so we were very nervous but we felt supported throughout. We dealt with most of the team members at different times & they were all professional & very helpful. Gracie showed us the property; she was lovely; we had lots of questions & she was very patient. She was knowledgeable about the property & local area. She guided us through the process; she was approachable & always responded to our emails which we really appreciated. I would commend Quirks wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a trustworthy Estate Agent in Wickford.
