Outstanding service from Quirks, especially Sally! From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Gracie arranged our initial viewing and was fantastic - answering all our questions and keeping us fully informed throughout the offer process. Once the sale moved to progression, Sally was an absolute superstar. We had a particularly difficult solicitor (not recommended by Quirks), but Sally went above and beyond - chasing the chain constantly and providing regular updates. Her communication was clear, proactive, and reassuring at every stage. Honestly, this sale would not have happened without Sally’s dedication and persistence. We are so grateful for her hard work and support. Thank you, Sally and the Quirks team!

Had the worse experience with Quirks Wickford as a renter. The Experience during property enquiry, at the property and exiting the property was really poor. There were many red flags but really liked the property so stayed all the same. Aside from a particular lady, they all seem to make an effort to make renting uncomfortable. That said, I think "working" with quirks would be a good experience for LandLords who want constant checking on the property/tenants or tenants who don't mind constant interactions with Letting agents/Landlords . For the Tenant, looks more like an unpaid second job .

We had a really positive experience when buying a property through Quirks Wickford. We had lived in our home for 38 years, so we were very nervous but we felt supported throughout. We dealt with most of the team members at different times & they were all professional & very helpful. Gracie showed us the property; she was lovely; we had lots of questions & she was very patient. She was knowledgeable about the property & local area. She guided us through the process; she was approachable & always responded to our emails which we really appreciated. A really good service from them. I was buying a property from them and they still went above and beyond. Jemma was fantastic from start to finish, answering every and all questions quickly and in detail so I knew what was happening as a first time buyer. She put the pressure on all solicitors involved to make sure it could happen and really just went above and beyond. When it comes to moving to a larger house I would definitely want them to sell this one. I felt valued and all concerns taken seriously when things appeared to slow down at one point. Couldn't have asked for more.

We were purchasing a property through Quirks and from the moment we met Simon we felt like he was someone we could trust. He fairly negotiated with both us and the sellers to reach a mutually satisfying agreement. We viewed the property several times and we were never felt to be a nuisance or an inconvenience. We have to give the highest praise to the whole team, but must give a special thank you to Jemma. We have never known such great service from anyone in any business. She acted more in a solicitor role in keeping us updated with progress every step of the way and with such a very pleasant, friendly manner. We can’t rate Quirks highly enough. Jemma was truly exceptional. She helped with what I think was the most difficult and longest process. There were issues with the top of the chain and this sale took very long to complete. Jemma always kept me updated and was very friendly and helpful. I do not think I could have waited so long if I was dealing with another estate agent or agent. I highly recommend Quirks. We used quirks to handle our purchase and sale. We were extremely happy with the service we were provided with. It wasn’t a straight forward process due to solicitors but quirks kept us update and made sure everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell a house as the knowledge of the Wickford area is second to none! I am so impressed with the kindness and service I received from Quirks when I had to sell my late father's house. Of the 3 estate agents I originally approached, only Quirks honoured my request not to contact me after the valuation, as it was obviously difficult circumstances for me and I didn't want to be badgered. Simon the manager was especially kind and helpful, from the first meeting, throughout the process, and for the sale. The viewings commenced very quickly and all were conducted by the staff at my request, communicating with me regarding times so that I could be out of the property while they were carried out. All the staff were friendly, answered or returned phone calls, dealt with queries and responded to emails promptly, particularly Jemma, who I had most contact with. She was especially good in communicating with myself and the buyers regarding storm damage that occurred to a tree. As I live a long way away, they also offered to do anything that would be helpful e.g. meter readings. I took them up on this when I needed the internet hub to be retrieved from the house and posted as it needed to be returned to the provider by a certain date. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and I definitely think that they provided the personal touch. I have nothing but the highest praise for Quirks kindness, communication and efficiency, which made a difficult time as bearable as possible.
