We have just put our house on the market with Trevor from Quirks who was extremely professional & helpful. He came to take photos & we were impressed with the modern technology used to video our property. In fact, the first viewers commented on how good the house had looked when they used the online interactive tour & made an offer after one in person viewing. Excellent service an amazing team of friendly and polite staff. From the very start I have had excellent service from Simon coming around and putting my house on the market. Jemma who I have dealt mainly with who as been very professional and kept me sane she is a lovely lady who as kept me up to date every step of the way. Even when Jemma wasn't in the office there was always someone who could pull out my file and help. I am so glad I chose quirks and would highly recommend go go quirks, unlike the estate agents I was buying through useless (SJ Warren south woodham ferrers) I will do a review of them at a later date.

Unfortunately as a landlord we have been completely let down time and time again and have stopped management services. Constant poor communication and not fulfilling any service for both landlord and tenant. Having had properties in different parts of the UK this is by far the most disappointing management service received. Having requested to speak to management about the experience they have not bothered to return our call. In turn pulling out of the management contract. The tenant is also happy to hear this after being unhappy with Quirks. All in all poor leadership and management don’t waste your money on their service if you are a landlord.

I've been a landlord with Quirks for many many years and cannot fault them. They make everything so easy - taking care of anything from minor repairs to redecorating with minimal input required from me - which as I live some distance from the property is essential for me! They've always found new tenants quickly and easily and been honest about the rental income that I should aim to achieve. Again - the whole process of finding new tenants is handled seamlessly and is completely stress free for me. Highly recommended! Thank you team :-)

Quirks are doing an amazing job managing my elderly mother's buy to let property. Nothing is too much trouble, and they take a keen interest in all aspects of the property not just in finding us the right tenants. Particular praise must go to Andrew who is always kind, courteous and highly professional - he gives willingly of his time to ensure everything is in order and communicates most effectively to keep us up to date with any developments. I would highly recommend Quirks who give such peace of mind to my mother (and to me) as a landlord.

Incredibly happy with the service I received from Quirks. It's clear looking back that Simon B was the only local agent who correctly valued my property and he did it while immediately making me feel like I was in safe hands.
