GoogleMy friend saw a property with these and was told on a number of times yes will call you back unfortunately thay never did even with 2 voice mails left and emails with still no response then property let agreed it doesn't take a minute to call some1 back and book a viewing or even email, I mean what happens what something wrong with the property it's just not good service really
We pride ourselves on our Lettings service levels but as times we don't always get it right and that's why I am pleased you have brought this to our attention so that we can review and improve where necessary. I have tried to locate your enquiry details without success, the only record we have been able to find is a Rightmove registration from March,, I believe a questionnaire was sent out but not returned. I am wondering if you may have got Quirks confused with another agent, if this is not the case and we have fallen short then please accept my apology. Regards Simon Quirk.

GoogleWhat can I say.... these guys go above and beyond. They bend over backwards to help. I've had all sorts of problems with my move process but they sorted it all out, stuck with me and we exchanged today. GoogleWe have just moved (Dec 2020) and the Quirks team were excellent. They got the house on the market within a week of us calling them, actively pushed the house to secure viewings and the house was sold less than 2 weeks after it was placed on the market. Their post offer team were fantastic in pushing the house move along, with great communication and responsiveness to emails. FacebookAwful company trying to tell me as a buyer I’m not allowed to speak to the homeowners without going thought them, telling me I’m not allowed to knock on the door. What law have I broken? None. The manger there is a jumped up power mad lady who needs to check the way she talks to customers. She has now removed me from mailing list and stopped from viewing any properties in future even though I have done nothing wrong.
I came in a skeptic, but with the price point of $1,500 I made a profit of $19,350. The result has been the feedback from pros and customers has been amazing in terms of profits and the customer service is one of best departments I’ve ever dealt with, and have referred 2 customers who are also very happy . GoogleFinally concluded a very comfortable and happy tenancy of 30 months via Quirks. Not only was the process of viewing and acquiring the flat stress-free and easy, but the team at Wickford have always been helpful and friendly. Not only that, my deposit was returned in full within a week of my vacation of the property. Though plans ended up differently, I'd intended to remain in Wickford, and Quirks was one of just two agents in Wickford to treat me with respect as a tenant and help find properties that I would actually like rather than ones that they were trying to get rid of. Definitely avoid some of Wickford High Street/The Broadway's bigger names and go with Quirks.
