GoogleA really good service from them. I was buying a property from them and they still went above and beyond. Jemma was fantastic from start to finish, answering every and all questions quickly and in detail so I knew what was happening as a first time buyer. She put the pressure on all solicitors involved to make sure it could happen and really just went above and beyond. When it comes to moving to a larger house I would definitely want them to sell this one. I felt valued and all concerns taken seriously when things appeared to slow down at one point. Couldn't have asked for more.

GoogleMy friend saw a property with these and was told on a number of times yes will call you back unfortunately thay never did even with 2 voice mails left and emails with still no response then property let agreed it doesn't take a minute to call some1 back and book a viewing or even email, I mean what happens what something wrong with the property it's just not good service really
We pride ourselves on our Lettings service levels but as times we don't always get it right and that's why I am pleased you have brought this to our attention so that we can review and improve where necessary. I have tried to locate your enquiry details without success, the only record we have been able to find is a Rightmove registration from March,, I believe a questionnaire was sent out but not returned. I am wondering if you may have got Quirks confused with another agent, if this is not the case and we have fallen short then please accept my apology. Regards Simon Quirk.

GoogleWe were purchasing a property through Quirks and from the moment we met Simon we felt like he was someone we could trust. He fairly negotiated with both us and the sellers to reach a mutually satisfying agreement. We viewed the property several times and we were never felt to be a nuisance or an inconvenience. We have to give the highest praise to the whole team, but must give a special thank you to Jemma. We have never known such great service from anyone in any business. She acted more in a solicitor role in keeping us updated with progress every step of the way and with such a very pleasant, friendly manner. We can’t rate Quirks highly enough. If you want great service from beginning to end, then they are the agent to go to. Thank you all.

GoogleQuirks were fantastic throughout the whole process of letting and selling our property. We used Quirks to manage our property while let out, then when we wanted to sell, Lee took the time to explain the market to us, priced it perfectly, marketed spot on and James secured us a buyer within a few weeks. Once we had our buyer, Jacqui and Kiri kept us updated throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend the whole team highly enough.

GoogleWe have just put our house on the market with Trevor from Quirks who was extremely professional & helpful. He came to take photos & we were impressed with the modern technology used to video our property. In fact, the first viewers commented on how good the house had looked when they used the online interactive tour & made an offer after one in person viewing. The whole process was very quick and we were kept up to date at all times. We would definitely recommend Quirks to anyone thinking of selling their home.
