James and Lee are highly professional and experienced Estate Agents; their knowledge and realism was extremely beneficial in enabling a fairly quick sale of my property. The whole team at Quirks worked extremely hard to achieve the sale in a difficult market and Kiri and Jacqui progressed to exchange with commitment and great communication. GoogleQuirks provided an excellent service in the property I purchased. They were very proactive, especially Kiri who helped speed up the process. She communicated between the seller and I and got answers back a forth almost immediately. She checked in with us regularly and kept on top of everything. I would recommend Quirks to anyone purchasing but more so anyone selling a property. Our experience was amazing and I could not fault them at all. I am very grateful to Kiri.

Lee was honest, thorough and a breath of fresh air, we were nervous when we were going through the sales progression process as the file was being handed over to Kiri. We had nothing to worry about! She was always a ray of sunshine but also very good at what she does, nothing was ever too much for her and always communicated each step with us. GoogleDisappointing Experience with Quirks Estate Agency Wickford. I had a very disappointing experience with Quirks Estate Agency Wickford during a recent property viewing. We had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM, but when we arrived (we live very close to the property), there was no representative present. Concerned, I contacted the estate sales team to check if there had been any inconvenience or delays. The person who answered the call did not provide their name and was extremely unprofessional and impolite. Despite my confirmation that I was at the correct location using street view (which matched the directions they had provided), the agent continued to insist I was in the wrong place. He argued that his colleague had been waiting for me, yet there was no one there, and he implied I was at fault for being in the wrong location. I offered to provide further proof, such as the council board I was standing near, to confirm my location, but the representative was not interested in cooperating or providing any assistance. Instead, he dismissed my concerns and indicated that his colleague could not wait any longer. Despite living nearby, and being understanding of potential delays, the lack of professionalism and courtesy left me very frustrated. After reporting this incident to their office, I have little expectation that there will be any meaningful follow-up beyond an apology. As a result, I have decided not to engage with Quirks Estate Agency (Wickford) in the future, as this experience has eroded my confidence in their services.
We pride ourselves on our service levels, but at times we don't always get it right and that's why I am pleased you have brought this to our attention. I have now carried out an internal review with the staff members involved and can see that the confusion arose by having 2 properties in nearby roads with the same door number 12. Our representative, incorrectly, standing outside one and you ,correctly, the other. With the office staff member on the phone to both parties trying to resolve the matter, frustration ensued, if this frustration came across as impolite, I can assure you this was not the intention and I must apologise for the confusion and wish to advise you that additional protocols have now been put in place to as we try to make sure this isolated incident is not repeated- regards Simon Quirk

From the initial meeting with Abi through to the viewings with Abi, Trevor and Kevin then being kept up to speed on the sale via Sally and Jemma the service was first class. If you want to sell your property but want an honest and hard working team who take away the stress from the process I absolutely recommend Quirks.

GoogleIt is very emotional selling a House especially when you are ill. Quirks took all of the pressure off me and dealt with everything as I could not attend the property. other agents gave me empty promises however they went above and beyond.

My son bought and sold via quirks also this year, it was a longer process and very challenging but Simon & Jemma were amazing every time we contacted them, there communication back to us was prompt.
