GoogleWe've just purchased our first home and we wouldn't have been able to do it had it not been for Putterills staff's hard work, professionalism and great negotiation skills. Duncan and Natalija have been amazing. I'm sure they're busy in their daily job but the speed at which they'd respond to our queries was phenomenal. They were honest, transparent and helpful at all times which led to a really smooth and quick purchase. They also recommended us a great solicitor. We couldn't have asked for better estate agents for our first home. Keep up the amazing work Putterills!

GoogleA fantastic first class service from a well organised team. Duncan , Nigel, Kat whom we were in contact the most, are professional and really knowledgable. Expert advice was given when asked nothing is too much trouble. In fact a model of how an Estate agenceys in 2023 should work. Communication, first class. Also a mention for the rest of the team, they really do work as team to make a buying and selling less stressful.

GoogleNigel Eveleigh and his team were brilliant from the beginning to the very end of my house purchase. Very professional, exceptionally helpful and always able to go the extra mile. Nigel was always there on hand to talk me through each stage, to explain, to give me advice (he also knows a great mortgage broker) and to reassure me when I needed it - long story but house purchases and sales can be stressful! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Putterills.

GoogleGreat service from start to finish, we rented a property through Putterills but due to unforeseen circumstances we didn't move in. The team in Putterills are really helpful to liaise with the landlord and re-market the property to look for replacement tenants. And within a few weeks the replacement tenants are found. I would without any hesitant recommend Putterills to anyone.

GoogleI have just sold my house and bought another. Nothing with either house seemed to go according to plan and it all took much longer than anticipated. Throughout, Putterills were supportive and very helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of Nigel Eveleigh. He guided me through a legal minefield, explaining what would be expected and what I should do. Held my hand every step of the way. Putterills have been helpful from the beginning, even the brochure seemed glossier and thicker than others I saw. I guess it's an estate agents job to be charming and helpful, but they live up to the job description in spadesful.
