GoogleRented with Purple Frog last year. Though the house was fine, they are extremely unorganised. We booked our checkout inspection weeks in advance and all travelled up to move our stuff out. Nobody arrived to collect our keys and when we rang the office nobody picked up. We even tried head office and they couldn’t get through to the Nottingham branch. We eventually went to the office in person to return our keys, where they apologised and said their computers were down. I’m unsure why that meant nobody could contact them, or why they couldn’t remember to collect our keys or at least explain to us there was an issue. The checkout incident was not an isolated one. We had to remind them to give us a vacuum cleaner, fix our fence, and fix an issue where they kept sending us emails saying we were 33p short on rent. They also performed the winter inspection on a different day then said, and arrived to paint the rooms with no prior warning. Being fair, maintenance was usually performed on time, and we had no serious issues with the property. In conclusion, Purple Frog are unorganised and difficult to communicate with.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling company. The house was below acceptable living standards, to name just a few reasons why: broken windows, a leaky roof, a literal hole in the floor in a bedroom, all the furniture was filthy/broken, the house wasn't cleaned before move in and staff take ages to get back to you about issues if they bother getting back to you at all. If you want to be miserable, cold and stressed then I'd recommend renting with purple frog, otherwise stay well away.
