GoogleI would like to share my experience here about the viewing at St Mary’s court, Lace market. Viewing was conducted by Nathan, who is highly professional and responsible. I had very hassle free experience with him. He clearly answered my all the questions about that property. The property is very well maintained by the team, I loved that. GoogleI genuinely pray on the downfall of this company daily. I can never forgive them for the shoddy service received from them during my second year of university. The house was handed to us in a terrible condition, and this was after us being told that it was being extensively cleaned. For he better part if 6 months we constantly asked for the house to be cleaned until they eventually told us to do it ourselves and they’d reimburse us for the products used. The toilet facilities were dreadful with both having problems with pressure and heat, the boi constantly broke down and wasn't replaced until a month before we moved out. The kitchen was dirty, grimy and mouldy from the day we moved in, the bedrooms were dusty and unclean, I could carry on for hours. To top it off when it was time for us to claim back our deposits they charged us a hefty cleaning fee for the mess we had ‘apparently’ caused to the property however we had photo evidence that we hadn’t added any mess to the property from the day we moved into it. I now now the people that live at the property and they were also handed over the property with it being unclean and dirty, so I don’ thing they’ve ever cleaned it. TL,DR: I would genuinely recommend a homeless shelter instead of trying to rent from these people, poor service, poor maintenance, terrible management of their properties.

GoogleLived in one of their offered properties for 6 months and I had to move out because of personal reasons and the staff gave me the support that I needed. Even when I was staying at their property, whenever there was a problem they would try and solve it as soon as possible.
