GoogleAs first time landlords we received lots of valuable help and support from Tara and Greg after a friend recommended Purple Frog. They clearly knew the market and were able to let our property within our agreed time span to the second people who viewed it! Tara was knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. She was enthusiastic about our property and she definitely went the extra mile for us in several ways to offer an excellent service. We are looking forward to working with Purple Frog again before too long!

GoogleI am a landlord with 4 properties in Selly Oak and Selly Park and have used Purple Frog for the last 3-4 years for both lettings and management. I have found them to be excellent & unlike many agents actually care about keeping students happy. They are generally very good and efficient. Occasionally they get overloaded at peak times but overall - and relative to other agents I'm very happy.
