If 0 or any number below it was an option I would have given it , due the fact that they are one of the most disorganized agencies I have seen The greedy gruby staff only require our money and don't care about how the tenants are gonna live it the horrible conditions that they provide. They have given people false hope in the contract and once they have signed it people have to beat with the horrible conditions withing the houses. If you love hygiene environment and don't want to live in a house with safety hazard please don't take houses from this agencies.i am warning you.

I had my viewing with Michael which went amazingly he was open about the properties and answered all the questions I had and was very polite and talkative, I was then transferred to Abder who was helping me set things up with the landlord and my tenancy and again answered all my questions and was patient and informative I appreciated both of them they've both been incredibly helpful

I was a tenant at a property looked after by Purple Frog between 2015 and 2017. They were always very easy to contact and willing to help wherever they could. Even now years later in 2023 I had a situation where I needed their support about my time at the property, and they have been amazingly helpful and incredibly timely with their responses. They've been really helpful and transparent with some confusion with my rent which is a contrast to how any other dealings with purple frog have been while renting from them after not getting replies or clear help for long periods of time. As the only one available for the inspection of our flat, I was quite nervous about not being able to explain things but the inspector Katie was very open about expectations and clearly had good understanding of how the landlord may act upon the findings. I was also reassured on the need for light cleaning, something none of us really expected to be quoted on for most rooms, but going through the knowledge that rooms had been empty for about a month gave understanding. Was also thorough with double checking maintenance issues and what to do with the keys. Sounds weird but helped get a sense of closure that I don’t have to worry too much about what will happens

Absolutely horrendous experience. The service was slow and sluggish. Have been trying to get my key since a week now still haven't got them. Even though I completed the process, they fail to do their part on time but you still might have to pay the rent even because of their incompetence. I would recommend you to try other agencies who are quicker and more professional than purple frog.
