GoogleThe team at Burwell (Alison, Natasha, Karin) were fabulous with the sale of my late-dad's house. The communication was great, and they were always very polite, professional and helped us get over the line. I am sure there were others hidden in the background, so am very grateful to you all.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with the sales team at the Newmarket office who were selling my home. From the initial valuation with Richard to all the viewings with the different staff members. Alison was particularly helpful and readily available to support with any and everything during the actual sale. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property!

GoogleI am so pleased that I chose P&S as my Estate Agent. Alison and Karin based at Burwell branch were so helpful, patient and determined to get my sale to the finish line despite it taking 21 months in all, through no fault of theirs. They could not have done more. As each obsticle was thrown into the equation of potential buyers, 4 in all, between us, we overcome them all, even when it meant doing some historical research. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend.

Made a complaint immediately after picking up the keys and it's still not been rectified after nearly 2 weeks. Piers says he's dealing with it as a matter of urgency, so Christ knows how long it would take to deal with something not life threatening?

At the start they seemed to be doing a good job in selling my property, but that soon changed, they stopped responding to inquiries from potential buyers and communication broke down They would not answer or return phone calls and the person dealing with my sale always seemed to be on holiday or unavailable When the second set of viewings were arranged they were not there The staff were rude to potential buyers and to myself when calling the office, there was no communication between the staff and on more than one occasion they were going in completely opposite directions They did not take direction and did what they decided to do, resulting in over a year of anxiety and stress not to mention wasted time Then when pushed into a corner about these issues they became aggressive and evasive Don’t sign a contract with them because it means nothing They have no obligation to help you but you have to pay if you breech it Don’t recommend

We had a house viewing booked. Person doing the viewing knew nothing about the property- only had the information from the online listing. Told us that she ‘just handles the keys’. Complete waste of time - didn’t even know the chain situation. If you can’t send someone who at least pretends to know something about the house, don’t bother.
