Came to my home, sat in it for over an hour, left assuring that I would hear from them and haven’t heard a thing despite emailing and telephoning the office. A very very poor service.

GoogleWe have rented through Pocock + Shaw for almost 6 years and they have been 5 star through out. When ever we have had an issue it has been sorted quickly for us. We have had great communication throughout this time and Izzie has always been amazing, would recommend as an estate agent.

GoogleI recently sold my house through P&S. It look longer than I would’ve liked but that was no reflection on the service delivered by them, which was exemplary. I developed a great relationship with my primary contact Alison, who was professional, friendly and always happy to discuss whenever I called with questions. She and the rest of the P&S team were always working with the best interests of my house sale at heart. All round excellent - I would thoroughly recommend them.

There are no words to describe just how awful these people are....... Piers and Izzy serving a revenge eviction after 6 months on a "long term" let. We're 2 physically disabled tenants and it's a month before Christmas. I have told them repeatedly that a move so soon will kill us but they're spiteful and juvenile. Liars with no compassion or care, who would rather their tenants die than own up to their mistakes. They have caused a significant, deliberate decline in my physical and mental health and they don't give a damn🤬
