At the start they seemed to be doing a good job in selling my property, but that soon changed,
they stopped responding to inquiries from potential buyers and communication broke down
They would not answer or return phone calls and the person dealing with my sale always seemed to be on holiday or unavailable
When the second set of viewings were arranged they were not there
The staff were rude to potential buyers and to myself when calling the office, there was no communication between the staff and on more than one occasion they were going in completely opposite directions
They did not take direction and did what they decided to do, resulting in over a year of anxiety and stress not to mention wasted time
Then when pushed into a corner about these issues they became aggressive and evasive
Don’t sign a contract with them because it means nothing
They have no obligation to help you but you have to pay if you breech it

GoogleI can wholeheartedly recommend Pococks. The sale of our house was very much helped by their hard work: selling went well and they gave us good advice. After the sale was agreed, they really shone and spent lots of time chasing conveyancers etc, tireless work and much appreciated.
I do suggest using one of their list of conveyancers, as the cheap online ones have caused many problems and hold-ups.

We had a house viewing booked. Person doing the viewing knew nothing about the property- only had the information from the online listing. Told us that she ‘just handles the keys’. Complete waste of time - didn’t even know the chain situation. If you can’t send someone who at least pretends to know something about the house, don’t bother.
