Made a complaint immediately after picking up the keys and it's still not been rectified after nearly 2 weeks. Piers says he's dealing with it as a matter of urgency, so Christ knows how long it would take to deal with something not life threatening?

GoogleJobsworth, the lot of them!! Wanted to make enquiries of a potential rental, but they wouldn't take any details via telephone... They will only communicate via email and want you to make a decision once had a virtual viewing( a video). It felt as though they just wanted to sit behind the desk and do nothing. I rang another state agent who we're happy to speak to me on the phone, take my details, and arrange a viewing. I hope the landlords know of their way of handling potential tenants. This experience has put me off completely and don't wish to use them in the near future.

GoogleAs in the words of the landlord "you have been great tenants" but we wont give you your deposit back because i did not inform them 1 month prior we were moving out. Even tho this agency called us 4 months before the fixed term aggrement ended that we have to move out on the specified date because they are selling the property. We have no proof of this as it was a phone call and they decided to withhold our deposits. We have emails of them constantly contacting us to let them inside the property which we even gave them a key to have access to it whenever they wanted. This has been a ridiculous xonversation that i have had with the agent and landlord and i am led to believe that they are hand in hand to keep the deposit. We gave the keys to the agency on time. I asked the agents what will happen with the deposit, they simply said to wait foe 10days and the landlord will release it to us. I called in 10 days and all i get is why did you not let the landlord know you are moving out??? Because the fixed term ended and you had been in constant contacr with us regarding the matter. DO NOT TURST THESE PEOPLE. King regards, Gabriel Oprea.

GoogleAlison recently helped us, as we brought our first home. She was excellent, communication was frequent and she was supportive given that it was our first purchase. Key collection was smooth and we would definitely recommend using them in the future.

GoogleHad a bad experience in renting with Newmarket pocock and shaw. They charged me 800 pounds for cleaning and painting the lounge, when I left the property. Be careful, if you plan to rent with them and be ready to pay another months rent , even when you leave it. Very disappointed.

GoogleBe carefull, they pass blame from one to another. It is always the tenants fault with them. They are lazy in theyr job and condescending when speaking with you.
