Hi N G, We are very sad to hear that tenants have caused damage. If your claims were supported by the 3rd party inventory report then you should have no problems claiming these damages either from the security deposit we would have held or if this was insufficient you would have been able to make a claim against the tenant. If you can kindly give us some extra information we can find you on our system and take the matter further. All tenants we put forward have been referenced and have been approved by the Landlord. Whilst the occasional bad tenant does slip through this is an extremely rare occurrence.
