GoogleExceptional service/experience with Plaza Estates. Roi Pavon is a great professional in all sense. She will make you happy providing the best advise and service. Super profesional and experience state agent. We met Roi back in summer 2012 and we knew she was the person we needed, understanding our needs as no other agent (and we met with quite a few). No surprise she also has great relationship and trust with very nice/profesional landlords. Roi/Plaza Estates will not disappoint you, be sure. You can really trust with them you are in great hands. No doubt the only agency I would recommend to work with.

GoogleI have used Plaza estates based in knightsbridge more than once. As a company they are one of the most reliable, polite, and friendly estate agents in the UK ( and I have worked with many before so I would know ) that i had the pleasure of working with. As a tenant I have always felt looked after and that I can openly discuss my requirements etc. I have to single out Mr Fraser Gregory who I met at Plaza Estates for being an exemplary, professional, friendly and kind estate agent. Thank you for making me a happy tenant and I look forward to working with you for many more years.

GoogleI have been a client of Plaza Estates for over 30 years and received excellent service. Both Rodney on the rental side and Fiona in the property management area have been have been attentive and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile on the few occasions when there were problems. Any issues have been dealt with quickly, efficiently and with the upmost courtesy. I could not recommend them any more highly.

GoogleWe’ve used Plaza since 1996 and have always found them to be professional and helpful. A point in their favour is they retain their staff so you get experience and continuity but don't rely on them to keep you updated about changes in the law for which they have a "no responsibility" clause. So you will end up paying for their mistakes/negligence.

GooglePoor customer service, impolite and impatient branch director at the SW3 branch. I pity the vendors who have instructed this Agent with their properties

GoogleI'm a landlady who has used the services of Plaza Estates for over 30 years. I would rate them 5* and the best agency in town. They are
professional, efficient and friendly. Unlike most of the other larger agency chains they get the job done without bothering you with lots of unnecessary phone calls. There's an intimacy about them which has long
been lost by others - many of the staff have been with them for as long as I can remember, which speaks for itself.

GoogleThey say that every 10 years, a relationship is ready for change or something, at least, to reinvigorate it.. not mine with Plaza, and that's where we've arrived almost to the day! They go from strength to strength, as do we by default, because they take care of every detail in a very efficient and amenable way. They are equally sensitive to both landlord and tenant, securing the path of minimum disturbance and stress. For me, their greatest triumph is in their response time, invariably by return, and therein lies just one of their keys to success, because the assurance is there long before you've had time to start worrying! Bravo to all the great individuals who make up this seriously gracious and efficient team!

GoogleI have been extremely pleased with Plaza Estates’ services, especially their professionalism and attention to the customer. My first contact was back in 1995, when I rented a flat through the agency, for the few years I was in London. Almost twenty years go by, and I return to London to purchase a property. When it came to letting it, there was no doubt in my mind that Plaza Estates would be the best choice, especially as my point of contact was the same person who had rented me a flat almost two decades earlier.

GoogleI have known Plaza Estaes personally for twenty five odd years and remain a loyal and very happy landlord client. My husband and I have five Knightsbridge flats which we have let consistently through Plaza. We ask for their advice and receive good commercial comment in return, All the negotiators are first class, completely au fait with market movements, reliable, friendly and completely trustworthy. The tenants they have recommended have been ideal and without problem.
I think very highly of them.

GoogleI generally dealt with the Marble Arch branch most of the time, but I can also say that the Knightsbridge office was also exceptionally helpful and professional on the occasions I did deal with them. Plaza Estates in general are excellent.

WONDERFUL SERVICE AND DEDICATION. Plaza Estates has been very helpful in assisting with my property search. We are not from the area and have been giving a tour of all the properties which meet our requirements in the Knightsbridge and Kensington area. We have not found the perfect property yet but are still working with Plaza Estates to achieve this goal and thank them for their wonderful service and dedication.
