GoogleWhile I was buying my property they were very helpful and answered all my questions. Then when I bought the property the team were lovely when I went to the office and now they are doing a great job at managing the property and are keeping me updated with every step they have made the whole process so easy.

Just seen a new property perfect for me online, booked an appointment to view the property and between me enquiring online and them calling me to book the appointment they put up the price by £200 a month. 3 years ago I rented from them;Horrendous letting agents to use, don't take responsibility for faultts within your home. Left us without electric with a 3 week old baby to leave us with builders lights in an outhouse bathroom rather than send someone out to fix it. Took extra money off us for numerous reasons, none of which were justifiable on their end other than "you signed the contract so pay it or we'll take you to court.Honestly don't bother.

GoogleI called today to enquire about 2 properties that are for rent on Zoopla to be told that I need to enquire through RightMove where a ‘soft check’ would be completed. I explained that I just wanted to know if the landlords would accept pets, to which I again was directed to RightMove. I don’t believe a soft check is necessary in order to find out if a landlord will accept pets or not. Please stop wasting people’s time and simply answer their questions.

Hi Rebecca, we are sorry you feel that our service is only rated a 1 star, from the information you have given, the negotiator you have spoken to is correct in directing you to the Rightmove application form, we do not need to ask any Landlord in regard to the accepting pets as they are not allowed to discriminate against any tenant wanting to apply that has pets, so if your wanting to apply for any of our available properties please head over to Rightmove and apply! thanks
