Or thanks to Pinewood for such a great experience selling our late father's house. Having had the property on the market previously with another agent for over a year, they really managed to deliver beyond our wildest expectations. We chose to go with one Pinewood because of their impressive knowledge of the market and preparation prior to our first meeting, along with the clear passion and energy to sell the property. The viewings were well qualified and matched with potentials, and everyone we dealt with throughout the process was kind and efficient. There was also a great deal of understanding and patience demonstrated when dealing with the unusual situation of keeping 2 executives and 2 beneficiaries informed of progress. We accepted an offer within 4 weeks of the property going on the market, and to top off all of this - the sale completed in 2 weeks - which I have never heard of...

DO NOT USE this letting agent

DO NOT USE this letting agent. The house we rented was not cleaned properly and beneath the fridge was disgusting. When we moved out they found a spec of dust inside the window reveal and withheld money from our deposit. Absolute joke of a company. Edit-March 2025 So Pinewood have taken 18 months to respond and are now denying any involvement with my rental property. I shouldn’t be surprised by Typical amateur rip- off wankers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
