GoogleI rented a property from the Kidderminster branch for around 4 years and have nothing but praise for them from start to finish. The very few maintenance issues I encountered during my tenancy were dealt with swiftly and the agents were fantastic at communicating with the landlord on my behalf and vice versa. Very professional team and always pleasant. I would like to particularly thank Gemma Ruffinato who I dealt with from the very beginning of my tenancy through to the end for being so helpful with everything. Thank you so much!

GoogleWe have been letting from Phipps and Pritchard for almost 5 years now. They have always been very proactive and helpful whenever we needed any concerns resolved. I would especially like to mention Tom who has always gone the extra mile and sorted our issues. I would happily recommend using Phipps and Pritchard for any letting purposes.

Always at the end of the phone if needed, emails are answered promptly with issues resolved swiftly. In all I feel in totally safe hands with Tom and his team and the whole experience as been seamless.

GoogleGenerally easy and smooth process to rent with them, then in a bit of a bizarre turn of events, minutes after I picked up the keys to my new rental (from Carmela, who was lovely) my cars handbrake went and my parked car crashed dramatically into a wall nearby. Carmela was there in seconds and mother-henned me in my complete shock and tears. The entire team at P&P were there for me to help with logistics and calming me down, the ladies were so sweet with me. I don’t know how I would’ve managed that day without them. Thank you all for being such stellar human beings, even called me the next day to check in and got me the CCTV for me from the local garage to help with my insurance. Grateful beyond words. I hope you’re all doing well!!

GoogleWe've just enjoyed a first-class house sale experience with Phipps and Pritchard's team in the Stourport office. From the very beginning of the process, after we had selected them to do the job again for us, Nick Millinchip's great experience came to the fore. We had moved to Kidderminster many years ago with P&P, under the expert guidance of Chris Smith and now Nick took up the challenge in a difficult market. His advice and guidance was accurate and byexemplary. The support given to us on a day to day basis by Julie Reynolds was also outstanding, with not a foot put wrong. Altogether a successful and enjoyable experience, if a house move can be enjoyable. It's very easy to recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe bought our bungalow through Phipps Pritchard 10months ago. Nick and his team worked really hard to make sure our purchase went through - more so than the agent selling our own house. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them . excellent service .
